Muy bien situado, buena limpieza, buena cocina (con desayuno incluido, te lo preparas tú) y un personal excelente. No obstante las habitaciones son sencillas, muy pequeñas y las literas algo incómodas. Tampoco tienen persianas y las cortinas son finas y blancas, por lo que siempre entra luz. Por supuesto, hablo desde mi habitación, quizá otras son mejores. Si es para una o dos noches lo recomiendo sin excepción; yo estuve una semana y no me satisfizo lo que deseaba.
Very well location, good cleaning, good kitchen (breakfast included, (you prepare it yourself)) and excellent staff. However the rooms are simple, very small and the bunk beds are uncomfortable. They also don't have blinds and the curtains are thin and white, so light always comes in. Of course, it's an opinion from my room, maybe others are better. If it's for one or two nights I recommend it without exception; I stayed a week and it did not satisfy what I wanted.

The staff here were all awesome, without exception. Always happy to chat and always ready with a really solid recommendation, regardless of the request.
Location wise, it was perfect for the beach. Pretty good for the station, which I used almost daily for excursions along the coast, and slightly less ideal for the old town. But it’s all about priorities, and I was happy with mine.

We chose this place because of the location. Very handy to main beach, restaurants and shops. Also walkable to train station.
It is very basic, metal bunk beds, tired fixtures. The staff were great and simple breakfast was fine.

Amazing hostel. Staff were so so helpful and friendly. We were a group of 11 females and we all agreed we would stay in Hotel Meyerbeer beach again. Rooms were clean. Good atmosphere in the hostel. I would recommend this hostel if you're looking to go out in Nice on a Saturday night like we were. Unfortunately we missed the pub crawl but it seemed like good fun and good value.

Nice enough hostel - good location near beach, nice (but small) communal areas, ok breakfast (although no fresh bread :( ) and lovely staff, with a supply of beach umbrellas to borrow but I'm not sure why it's got some rave reviews on other sites. The beds are uncomfortable, the ladders to the top bunks are really unstable and the rooms don't really have anywhere to leave bags that don't fit under the bed, so you end up with an assault course of American size suitcases to contend with. The bathroom in my room was a bit whiffy despite being cleaned daily, which I assume was damp or drains. I didn't like the one bathroom per dorm layout (rather then having a few shared between a few rooms) and that there wasn't a separate toilet cubicle, as this meant you were sometimes waiting ages to get to use the loo, as there was only one other toilet available outside the room. It was fine for a hostel but I suspect there are better options for similar money.
