Apartment very dirty, photos on website NOT representative of condition or poor quality of furnishings and equipment. Dreadfully mouldy bathroom...filthy kitchen equipment, dirty glasses smudged with greasy fingerprints (not ours!). Dirty iron and board. Not value for money - more of a money grab for sub standard accommodation. Note the apartments are "self rated". They even had the audacity to charge $5 PER TOWEL for pool towels! Very disappointed. Not happy!

Good place to stay, 2 bedroom appartment overlooking the pool and tropical gardens. Stayed for 15 nights, only the two of us but friends and family called by and some stayed for a night or two. Short walk to beach and some good cafes. Would stay here again.

My family stayed for 5 nights as part of a family trip. The room was comfortable and reasonably clean (could do with a thorough go over) & suited our needs.
I was without a car one night & there isn't much located close by - food, supermarkets etc but other than that the location was ok.
I would ask for a ground floor, pool facing room if I was to go again.
The pool, spa & BBQ area was lovely - we enjoyed a spa every day of our stay.
Mairi at reception is extremely helpful & a pleasure to deal with.

Nice quiet Apartment Block, rooms are reasonable for the price.
Good swimming pool for the kids. BBQ area good for the outdoor impromptu dinner with kids.
Handy to the beach and shops.
We will be back later in the year.

Apartments were amazing and very clean, had all the necessities you could want like washing machine and dryer in the apartment, dishwasher, microwave etc.
We had the ground floor apartment and straight outside the door was the pool, it was very clean and refreshing. The spa bath was nice, but too hot for me and I preferred to stay in the pool, BBQ area was clean and well maintained as were all the gardens in the complex. Beds were very comfortable and the kids and i had no troubles getting to sleep, they loved having Foxtel too watch and the never ending cartoon channel.
I loved that the beach was right up the road, like a 2 minute walk and you were on the Esplanade. Beautiful walk along the path to Burleigh Heads and the fantastic lookouts so you could see the whole view of the Gold Coast and suburbs.
My boys and I loved our stay here so much that we are already planning on going back for a longer stay than 2 nights.
