Convenient location and room was clean but so small and bathroom door was huge and obstructive in the room. Pillows were hard and mattress was uncomfortable. The breakfast was a joke with terrible orange juice, dirty waffle maker with sour tasting batter. No eggs or meats and only small bananas for fruit. Not much competition here so probably don't care.

Have stayed here s eral times. Good value and love cation. I never did figure out how to get the tv working.

When we checked in we went to the room and found out it had not even been cleaned. This also happened to a later guest.checking into a room. The breakfast offered was a big disappointment. We have stayed at other Microtels and never had any of these experiences - they were clean, well-managed and the food was fresh and good. We expected the same of this one when we made the reservation! Needless to say we will never return nor make a recommendation to others It now makes us suspect of the other Microtels.

Rooms were dated. Poor house cleaning. Breakfast was terrible and stale. Staff was polite at check-in and check out.

This hotel was a great place to stop to sleep while driving from Iowa to Breckenridge. The rooms is pretty tiny, but clean and comfortable enough. It's a pretty standard hotel. Free continental breakfast, super loud air conditioner, affordable rates.
