I like BBB (Bueno, Bonito y Barato). This phrase translates to Good, Pretty and Cheap. Room 27 was clean and just enough amenities for a 3 night weekend. A little pricy for a motel/INn but we needed a place to stay and I wasn't about to pay more than $140 a night.
If you want fancy, well look else where. If you want a quiet location away from the bustle and don't mind sacrificing luxury then this is your spot. I would use it next time I visit Canada!

Called on thursday about a reservation for 20+ youth for a sports team looking to stay in town for a competition. Told the manager our exact numbers, ages (16-18), and time of stay. Was told that there were "many rooms available" and that I should give my email and expect and email later that night for confirmation. No email came. Called again on friday and spoke to someone else, who gave me 6 rooms with 2 queen beds each, which could accommodate our team. Again, was asked about age of members (which we gave). Later was given a rough quote, and was told that we should expect an email from the manager once he got back. I was adamant that they confirm our rooms should be reserved for us and that they would not be booked to others. I was not asked for any other information.
Called again one week later after not receiving any other contact and was greeted by the manager asking for $500 deposit per room, as he "knew that kids would cause trouble". Later, he changed his mind and said the rooms were booked already and told me that he received no prior information about our age group and said he would never have rented to us in the first place. He denied ever giving us a quote and hung up on me mid sentence.
Milan garden Inn, this is downright shameful customer service, to a non-profit sports organization allowing youth to participate in sport. We were very excited to have finally settled our hotel situation, but the weeks long delay and the disappointing and terrible customer service have severely impacted our search for accommodations. The manager at this establishment needs to learn how to properly run a hotel, and how to treat customers like decent human beings.
Do not go to milan garden inn.

My friends and I came here to visit Niagara Falls for spring break. The rooms are nice and cozy and the bathrooms are extremely clean.
When we were leaving our car battery died, but the manager went out if his way to help us jump start our car. He was very helpful throughout our stay and I would love to come back when I'm in the area again!

The rooms are very basic but cozy, but the real deal is the owner. In the morning, when our car wouldn't start. The owner spent 2 hours helping us charge the car battery and figure out the problems in the car. Very kind, very helpful.

I went with my familly it was ok as Motel just for 2 nights, pool is very nice, comparing with the price it is ok. Parking is free, not far from the falls, very quite area and lovely place around. They are freindly there.
