Pleasant and welcoming, efficient and friendly. We love this place as it ticks all our boxes for a short London break. We love the wide spacious reception area we also appreciate the feeling of comfort and - yes - safety that we feel when staying here.

Always stay here when in London as normally they do a good job and the location is brilliant...But on this occasion we didn't have a great stay booked one double one twin room.. they checked us in to two doubles on return to reception to explain there mistake the reply was we don't have any more twin rooms sorry if you want to complain see my manager... Manager did sort but this but delayed us getting ready as double room was now being made into a twin..key cards didn't work for the lounge we had paid for and double room we had needed a good Clean especially the bathroom and heating didn't work.

Expensive hotel for the standard provided overall. Breakfast very average. Experienced issues with the room temperature, which although the hotel attempted to address, meant it spoiled the overall stay. there was a long delay in assigning us a room, and the hotel appeared to be overbooked.

Lovely hotel excellent location downfall the bed only a double in a big room and a small duvet in a king duvet cover so I spent the 2 nights with just the duvet cover !! Apart from that really nice hotel.

The room lacked cleanliness due to cob webs and also mold growing on the windows. Tiles were also loose in the bathroom. No soundproofing, so could hear what the occupants of the neighboring were saying.
