It was the least expensive place we could find in Como. We were ready to find poor hotel, but that was all right since we needed only a sleep over during our long trip, and we did not want to pay to much. Hotel is extremely out-dated, corridors are worn-out and smelly, room was noisy and furniture was in really bad shape. Disregarding showering place (there in no cabin, nor bath tube), bathroom was decent with enough soaps and shower gel, relatively clean and better than the rest of room. Garage is free, but really dirty. Wifi was all right, There is bus stop near the hotel which was convenient. Service at the reception was pretty fast, though it can be hard to communicate with receptionists due to their low level of English.

I was a bit shocked when I arrived at the hotel, I booked it without close examination. Hotel was in the 3 starts category so I didn't think it would be THAT bad. I am not sure how it got 3 stars, I would say 1 star max.
The only 2 good comment are: Friendly staff and clean sheets.
The hotel itself is horrible. It is dirty - we found a ball of hair in the tub. It needs a major face lift. Location is not convenient, it is 3km to the old city.

We stayed in the hotel for two nights. Its pretty far from the center of town but reachable by public transportation.the facilities are ok and the service was pretty good. In all the hotel was pretty average with nice rooms but not in the best area of town

Room size is good compared to other hotels in general ..
View was not good though ..
Breakfast was average ..
Staff were helpful ...
Location is almost 3 stations from Como lagoon ...
Bus is just beside the hotel .. train is almost 750 meters from the hotel ..
If you take the A1 bus till the last stop you will find your self in a small town Switzerland ... nice experience ...
The only bad thing was a very bad smell of smoke .. & of course it was cold to open the window while sleeping ..

Clean bed and bathroom with lots of hot water.
I would not recommend this to anyone except those that just need a cheap bed for the night, are arriving late and leaving early.
Convenient parking and friendly staff.
Terrible smell of stale smoke
