Had a marvelous Christmas day brunch here with family. The selection was fabulous, the quality of the food outstanding, and the staff were very helpful. Lovely experience with a great view.
The desserts and sea food dishes were particularly yummy.

Nice hotel, central location, easy access to town, clean hotel and great breakfast. It's affordable but could be cheaper if compared to other hotels in Portugal.
Nice views from the windows, within walking distance to a major shopping centre.

The hotel is in a great location, a 3 min away walk from the city center and lots of lovely bars and restaurants! The view is lovely if you facing the forest and river and room were spacious. The facilities are poor, they didnt have an iron to lend what I find really odd but they offer to take away the item with housekeeper to do the ironing for a fee. Another annoying thing was the corridor was absolute dark after I left the lift and I had to keep waiving for the sensor to switch on, never ever seen anything like it! Its not safe! Breakfast was okay but not many options on the hot buffet... Def not a 4 star but a good 3.

This hotel is in a very good position with a view over the river for some rooms, the unlucky remainder have a view over the apartment building the other side of a busy road. The hotel is poorly managed by staff who are, with some notable exceptions, totally uninterested in their jobs. Also beware if a coach party arrives at the same time .

Clean, wonderfull Staff and good value for money. Near by the down town and goog restaurants and the 'patisserie' (CASA LAPÃO). Easy to park, beautiful view to the cliffs, swiming pool. To come back...
