10th year anniversary trip

My wife and I recently stayed here for 3 nights. The locations was ok, not as centrally located as one may want, however, still in a neat shopping area (not high end, more bartering and food stuff).
Gated entry with three different locks/doors to go through which is awesome.
Has a lift (albeit small) you can use.
The rooms:
Quite large, bed very comfortable, table with setting for two for eating, reasonably priced bar fridge and a bathroom.
The shower is quite small, however, makes up for it with the size of room and closet space.
The area (near termini train station) is not the safest or best, however, like anywhere in the world, do t stay out too late or walk the streets alone.
We never met the host however, he and his Spanish speaking cleaner made things to check in and out VERY easy!
All in all, definitely worth its price and quite a homey feel!
Bad Experience

I reserved a triple room (two beds) for my adult daughter and I. When we got there our room had only one bed and were told there were no other options and they "were sorry". So my adult daughter and I had to sleep in the same bed - awkward. Also there was loud infrequent clunking all night, caused by the plumbing I think. We did not sleep well. I was charged almost double for a two bed room, even though we ended up with the single bed room. No discount or other compensation. Felt like we were taken advantage of.
Home Away from Home

The location is great - 5 minutes walk from Termini Station and 15 minutes walk from Piazza Venecia. If you do not like walking the metro - Vittorio Emmanuel - is just outside the house. The orange line will take you directly to the center of the city (Barberini, Spagna).
The house itself is cozy, clean and well-kept.
The morning breakfast is great - along with other things (like honey, jams, nutella, toast, cornflakes, cookies) they also serve delicious home-made cakes and marmalade, which is just amazing.
The rooms are quite spacious, equipped with all the necessary facilities. The rooms are newly refurbished.
Domus Victoria is located on the third floor, but they have an elevator, which is a great thing, because after coming home late wandering all around Rome the whole day one will not want to climb stairs.
The rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.
The hosts are just amazing. They are always there to help you and answer all your questions.
Lovely little guest house

My friend and I enjoyed our stay here, the staff were very friendly, helpful and extremely accomodating when our luggage was delayed at Di Vinci airport meaning we didn't arrive at Domus Victoria until 1am. The room was spacious and clean, however I did find it to be very warm in the room we had, perhaps a bit of air con or fan could be provided, however the room was lovely and quiet so we managed to get a good nights sleep. We would most definitely return. The train station is not too far and being walkers, we managed to walk to all the attractions we wanted including the Colluseum, and even Vatican City with a map provided by the staff. My travel buddy was gluten free and vegetarian and the staff were extremely accomodating to this, providing her with lots of lovely gluten free snacks ready for our arrival, upon request.
Very nice b&b

We stayed here for 2 nights and had a very wonderful experience
The host ANNALISA was very kind and helpful .
We had little confusion to fund the place but the restaurant below helped to find it
The room was cute and self sufficient
The best was the common kitchen with all the little things required for breakfast and if course a little balcony where one can smoke
Will return for sure
Enjoy
Annalisa , all the best and keep it up
