It has been while not staying at this hotel. The resort totally awesome with new renovated room. The best part of this hotel as follow;
1. Big swimming pool- very awesome and 3m depth
2. Gym with modern facility- enjoy workout
3. Garden environment of the hotel
Who come to Miri, you may come and stay at Miri Marriot.
The staff also very helpful.

We took a quick trip to Miri to check it out and stayed at the Marriott. We were very pleased with the accommodations. The hotel was very clean, had good internet, fun pool with a swim up bar, great views, friendly knowledgeable staff and a good breakfast.
As expected, it was hot ... the could have need a bit more air co in the lounge.
We will definitely return.

The room was spacious and cozy. The weather was very hot when we were there but luckily the room air-condition working well. Very cooling to stay inside the room.
They have large swimming pool and kids pool too. The staff are friendly. A good place to take your family.
Food was abit tasteless but still acceptable.

Stayed a night
this is a resort hotel but I am on business try. So my review may not do justice to the hotel and I did not have the time to enjoy the resort facilities.
anyway, I was put into the newly refurbish wing. (Refurbishing is still on going in the hotel) The room is spacious.
my complaints is that my room is in the upper floor and you need to use stairs, which means you need to lift your own luggage up the stairs! So, if you are put to this wing, get the luggage sent to your room instead.
As this is a Resort Hotel, you need to get cab to town.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights, which was my 3rd stay overall. This was my first stay in experiencing the new premier rooms at one of the wings. The room was elegant and superb, not to mention very comfortable. I liked the new decor and the layout. Of course, this hotel has an amazing view of the South China Sea, and I just loved watching the sunrises and sunsets from the balcony of my room. The hotel staff give you warm and caring hospitality, and go out of their way to make you feel welcomed. They helped make my stay very memorable. They have a decent gym, and a very large swimming pool in the back. An afternoon or evening swim was always in order. The Mandara spa is in the hotel, and they offer up an amazing massage, for reasonable prices. The food served at this hotel is exceptionally good. The restaurant has an excellent breakfast buffet in the mornings, and I really loved the eating the food there. Those wanting dining options elsewhere have the nearby food bazaar and a few other places that are close by.
Like my previous 2 stays, I really enjoyed my time at the Miri Marriott. I look forward to staying here again the next time I'm in Miri.
