This hotel has clean rooms, great location (end of the metro line 3, Galieni station has only 200 meters far away) and good accessibility. On the other hand, it's not very good about facilities and services. In the breakfast you can not find special thing.

i stayed in reseda 6th nov for 4 nights. all staff that i intercoursed with were so friendly and helpful .breakfast was decorated nicely and adequate variety except boiled eggs!!!! because every morning the eggs that i put to be boiled were taken by others!!just kidding. rooms are tiny but not bothering.most important factor about reseda is cleanness.if you arent sensetive about your accomidation this hotel will satisfy you

I visited this hotel last week. It is a very clean and tidy hotel.
However when we arrived it seemed very disorganised, we had to wait at least half an hour whilst they found our booking on the system.
Once that was found we went to our room and tried to charge our phones and there was no power in the room sockets. We went to buy a new phone charger and New travel adapter thinking it was one of them faulty. We then realised it was the power outlets as the tv was not working. We called reception and said someone would be out to look them. They eventually were working on our last night! no apology or offer to move rooms or help with charging of sockets.
The last thing that did it for me on how disorganised this place was - the breakfast system. We were told to just wonder down to the area between times when we wanted to eat. We were then told we could not eat breakfast as we had not paid for it. This was not to case as we had paid for bed and breakfast. We went to reception and after another long wait the lady eventually marked out some tickets and we were able to eat.
And then when we went to leave they wanted use to pay again although it had been pre paid when we booked months ago!
Please organise your hotel and management, it doesn’t take a lot!

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel, which is situated at the end of the No 3 line Gallieni, only a few stops from Republique. It is basic, but clean, the small bar is reasonably priced, the breakfast is ample and 7.95 Euros.
The staff on the front desk are friendly, helpful and knowledgable about the local area and beyond. Sure the rooms are small and the bathroom compact and bijou, but as a clean place to lay your head, it's great value for money. You won't find any English channels on the TV. The location was good in terms of transport links and there is a shopping centre right next door, with a number of fashion stores, McDonalds, Auchen superstore and eateries. Overall I would recommend this hotel as a budget friendly option.

Clean! The stuff is friendly the rooms are clean quite place so more than that you must check by yourself!!! Near to the metro station 5 min walk princess are rezonable !!!! You must try it and you'll get i love with it!
