Brown water that smells like sewage for tap and shower, worst room service I've seen -dirty bed sheets, no clean towels for days, snooped through my belongings AND over charged Visa card. 5k for 3 weeks!!

We stayed one night on our way through to Grand Forks. Our request for a ground level room was no problem, we were on our motorcycle so wanted quick access. Nice clean room, and the fellow at the front desk was very helpful when we had wifi trouble and needed a blow dryer. Continental breakfast with coffee, fruit, toast and oatmeal. We were worried about noise from the highway as we sat with the door open for a few hours just to enjoy the sunshine, but once we closed the door the room was very quiet. Would stay here again.

This may be an older motel with exterior doors but it is one of the cleanest places we have been in, front desk was friendly, and beds were very comfortable. The only thing I can say negative is the old style room keys which just don't seem as secure as newer card access.

we pulled in very late, but the guy running the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly, room was clean. A good motel for a good price, with a frnt desk guy who is very happy to help any way he can

I booked 2 rooms at this motel in Cranbrook 2 days before we arrived and asked for 2 ground floor rooms next to each other. We arrived later than expected and were delighted to get our ground floor rooms side by side. Our room had one Queen bed and was very spacious. Even had a lovely rocking chair plus the usual table and 2 chairs. It was spotless. They could get fluffier, whiter towels but that was no big deal as the bed was very comfortable, the sheets were clean and crisp and the comforter was lovely. No crappy bedspreads here.
The man behind the counter was cheerful and friendly, as was the man on the phone when I reserved the rooms. There is a continental breakfast with fruit and cereal but we walked across the street to Tim Horton's.
We will definitely be back - the price was reasonable and the updated decor was just as nice as any of the pricey hotels in town.
