Neat room and toilet.
Rooms are bit small but fine for that price.
Parking space available.
Location is in the city itself. Near to market and garden.
Hot water available.
Served bed coffee.
Friendly and helpful staff.

It's a very nice and homely hotel. And this been made better by the service of staff. He is very helpful and always ready to help. They don't have a kitchen so they order food from outside. and the staffs do it without any fuss, even ask you at night of you need anything so that we can order... We planned short trip around Ooty with them, and he came in the morning and asked us tea coffee etc. Even last day he arranged cab for us to drop to bus stop. Overall this is best place to stay when u r in Ooty and Ooty is the place to be in holiday.

Apt for budget stay. Rooms are very clean. Staff is very helpful and provide good deals for day trips in and around Ooty. There is a small lawn in front of the property and you can relax on a swing there. Overall the best deal if you are looking for a budget but neat stay.

We had been to this place on June 16 2016. Very nice place to stay. A real home feel kind of place. Safe parking, lovely lawn and the perfect people and the best relaxing place o have ever seen.. The hospitality of Shaji and Saga are the best. They were with us all the times till I left the place..

The place is decent with basic amenities, very very clean and extremely courteous Manager, Prashant. Our trip was made smooth with the co-operation of the hotel manager.
Note: They do not have kitchen, so you got to order from outside and they arrange for order in facilities.
