For New year celebration i was in masoori and book this hotel on huge fare and i had worst experience where as served food was at-least 4 days old and smelling bad, electricity was tripping continuously, there was no intercom or bell felicity in side room for room service. every time for any order book that on mane counter and they served/ fulfill according to their suitability no matter how much time taken .
in my view this is worst hotel at this place.

The hotel is nice.The location is very good,though the service could have been better.The rooms are spacious and clean.It is very near to the mal though the passage to the hotel is quite uphill and one has to walk a steep uphill to enter the hotel(if not by car).
Its a eggetarian hotel no non veg available.

We, 4 families of 11 members stayed at Hotel Monarch and all of us were totally satisfied with the rooms quality and location. It's USP is the location which is just 1.5 min away from Mal and had a great view of the total city from the balcony as well as rooms. Rooms were nicely decorated and furnished, clean, room service was good, food quality is fare, banquet facility for parties, a small kid's area at frontal and above all really superb view of sunrise from hotel which is rare experience.

This is basic hotel just for stay.no activities nothing,food was average.near to mall road,good view from hotel,good if u want budget hotel,not tat exiting,just basic rooms .. staff was very helpful...

Check in time is 12pm and Check out time is 10 Am. Wifi not available in this hotel. Hotel staff is nice and helping as giving one common room with attached washroom for as we are early coming. Balcony veiw is very nice.
