Great hotel, even better staff (Matt London and Miguel). Only reason not a 5 is the elevators, definitely lost some vaca time on those things. Pool party was great nice mix of crowd. Trendy hotel right in south beach

We stayed at the mondrian over Memorial Day weekend. The rooms were very nice. We were upgraded to a two room suite due to my Expedia status that I had. I like how the mondrian is set away from the craziness of the strip. The pool area is very nice overlooking the bay.
We were staying on a super busy weekend for Miami, and the hotel had only one elevator working. It was TERRIBLE!!!!!! The wait times were up to 45 mins to get up and down the elevator.
I wouldn't stay again because of this.

The valet staff were fantastic really looked after us every day , especially Miguel B he was fantastic always greeted us with a smile & couldn't have been more helpful a number 1 fella Thankyou Also the bar staff were brilliant especially Matt really helpful & down to earth

This was a great end to our honeymoon. Manny was excellent! The service was amazing. Everyone was very attentive and made sure our stay was perfect. This is our go to spot for sure. Everything was great.

My time spent here with my wife was great! Manny, Samir and Jason went above and beyond and provided us with the best service. They were so accommodating and made great suggestions on food and drinks. I can't wait to go back!
