Christine Ann Don 18/06/2017 17:17Amazing hotel, great buffet breakfast, and wonderful balcony. Huge bathroom and everything is very clean. The only downside is going up and down a bit of a hill to the front desk, but it is minor. I highly recommend this hotel.

leshanemacon 10/06/2017 00:10Just back from 5 nights here, was over for a wedding of a friend. I cannot recommend this hotel enough, the staff were exceptional, from the reception to the pool steward. The views are the best you will see, the lift in itself is a little experience each time you get in, with stunning views over looking to coastline.
We had to get a few taxis when we were there, and reception obliged to book for us.
They also supplied towels for the beach which you can take out no problem.
It's on the doorstep of the town, walk up a small hill(it's steep but we are quite fit, about 50'steps) and your there.
The pool was very relaxing, has a lovely deep part to it, which I liked, and service here was excellent, the pool attendant was extremely friendly and accommodating.
Would like to say thanks for a wonderful stay, and hopefully we will get back.
View and location can't be beat!
Karadamicoon 09/06/2017 22:21A beautiful hotel in Toarmina. Difficult to get to in car if you are not familiar driving in the narrow streets so be prepared. The staff will park your car for you since the driveway is so steep, which is a plus! Located just outside of the HUB of Taormina...so it's not too loud but you are just a two minute walk away from the city center. Views of the sea and Mt Etna are unbeatable. Bathroom had a slight odor but the seemed to be clean regardless. Breakfast spread is included and includes a wide variety...fruits, meat, cheese, yogurt, cereal, pastries, etc. Even champagne! Staff was helpful for any questions.

Michelle Son 26/04/2017 19:45We absolutely loved it here, we wanted to stay forever. We were on our honeymoon and opted for a Junior Suite. We had put in a request for a room on the right side so as to get a better view of Mt Etna, and although the best room wasn't available on our first day, they were able to move our room for us for the rest of the trip. The staff was great and we were so grateful we were able to switch rooms for the best view! The view is to die for. The pool was great. Breakfast buffet is expansive, would highly recommend getting breakfast there.
disappointing attitude
VKVKVKon 19/04/2017 19:12Refering to the road closure that happened during mid April, hotel did nothing to assist the guests or ease the pain of going 20 minutes uphill with the luggage.
I would expect the hotel to send a text (SMS) message to arriving guests telling them about the problem and advising them on the closest parking lot so guests will no where to program their navigation apps to go.
But the hotel did nothing, letting arriving guests wonder for hours in the narrow street, trying to reach the hotel, but with no success.
When I asked the front desk why they did not send a text message, the answer was "not all guests have a car, we did not want to bother the non-driving arring guests"
IMHO, this is the most ridiculous answer the hotel could think about.
The same answer was given all along the days of the road closure: "it is not our problem, walk, take a taxi, pay for taxi, pay for parking"
The hotel in my view did not take any step to make the guests stay pleasant , but rather ignored the whole situation and behaved as "everything is normal"
I suggest people avoid this hotel, as they lack the neccasary attitude to deal with issues.
