The place is set in a beautiful serene garden environment, right on the beach. The cabins and well equipped and clean and comfortable. There's a small above ground swimming pool which can get a bit crowded when many people are around. The breakfast at the restaurant was good and adequate although I didn't try dinner or lunch there as it was a bit busy. However a few hundred meters up the beach was some shacks that served excellent food and with great views. All in all I enjoyed my stay here although if you are looking for a more basic, budget friendly, beach hut type accommodation, this place is probably not for you.

If your done with the USUAL party places and crowded beaches of Goa and ur looking for a serene peaceful stay..this the place to be at. Clean.. comfort..and really Susegaad is what MBVR is.. helpful staff decent food..and an endless sea view from the comfort of ur log cabin. Neatly maintained landscape gardens for that perfect early morning misty view. A short walk to beach ..plus live music on a lazy Sunday brunch..what more can one ask when in Goa.. PS: One of the few PET FRIENDLY Resorts of North Goa.. looking forward for next stay.. #SuperLiked

The place is so nice. It's full of pretty gardens for kids to run around in, and swings and hammocks to relax on. They even have a nice swimming pool. It's a pet friendly place as long as you make sure your pet doesn't run away. The club sandwiches were nice and filling, but the apple pie is the best. They also have some cottages that you can stay in.

The property and rooms are quite lovely, right on the beach. We stayed in a log cabin and it was very comfortable, clean and upto date wrt the amenities. It has enough and more to make it a very relaxing get-away - the beach at a stones throw, adequate natural shrubbery, deck chairs, hammocks, a pool, a sand pit and a decent sized open play area for the kids.
There are two areas they need to improve on. One being the food. It was very very average. With many shacks still closed and the rains, we ended eating more meals here than we would have liked.
Secondly, they claim to be pet friendly and for most part it did seem so but one evening during a huge thunderstorm I saw one of the servers suddenly turn on the regular indi dogs and shunt them out of the protective area into the rains. Mind you there was a lightening strike in their garden area and yet he saw no harm in shooing the dogs out. That to us was not very dog-friendly.

My initial impression of the place was not very good as I was travelling with a one year old baby and the place is full of greenery which breeds and attracts mosquitoes and insects. We checked in the afternoon during monsoons and it has hot and humid as hell. The AC is small and was not effective even after half an hour of it being on and on the coldest mode.
We decided to step out for lunch and leave the AC on. We came back to a cold room, thankfully. As for the room itself, the log cabin is charming but small. The bathrooms are also small with a glass shower chamber. Surprisingly, they do not have a tap, only shower and was difficult to make a baby bathe under a shower.
The restaurant itself is right next to the beach and very popular in Morjim. The food was good and the views were great ! The property has places for kids to play and is right on the beach. The breakfast included was also sumptuous with someone making live omelettes just the way you like it.
They fumigated the place in the evening of our stay so we could not find any mosquitoes or insects. The morning views from the glass door of the log cabin and the outside seating area is superb. The greenery is a treat to the eye.
Note:
They have no room service. A coffee maker and a mini fridge are provided.
No outside food is allowed in the rooms.
The property also has swiss tents.
Free wifi available with good connectivity and speed.
