We recently spent a couple of nights in this hotel on our travels. We only had bed and breakfast and we were impressed by the quality and cleanliness of the dining room. The bedroom was excellent, no problems at all. The warm welcome from the man on reception was the friendliest we have come across. What a nice greeting. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Great hotel, with a nice compact territory and swimming pool. For family of 2 adults and 2 kids we got huge room with a big balcony, and a bath!!!!!! The cuisine is delicious with lots of deserts, fruits and ice-cream for dinner. Free wi-fi on the territory of hotel. and of course THE STUFF of reception - they are the best, very friendly, helpful - they are the face of the hotel and give great impression to visitors!!!! Will defenitely reccomend to others this wonderful hotel!!!!!
p.s. Hotel has it's own territory for free parking!!!!

It is definintely a great hotel for a family stay. The restaurant is fantastic with a huge variety of all kinds of food. And the staff is awesome!!! If you are travelling with kids there is a very nice animation. Highly recommended!

Good points first.
Nice clean hotel with excellent friendly staff. English speaking. Free car parking and WiFi. Good WiFi in all of hotel including the rooms. Sea view from most rooms so do not pay extra for one. The food was excellent and a good choice. The pizza at dinner time was the best in Santa Susanna.
Bad points
To use the indoor pool you have to pay 5 Euros for a half day pass key. I was very disappointed with this as i like to use the indoor pool and booked this hotel specifically for the use of the indoor pool.This charge was not stated on the Hotels .com website.
You also have to leave a payment deposit at the front desk to cover any drinks you have with dinner. I personally would like to have paid after the meal. I was initially given room 611 which was very noisy. There is something like an air conditioning unit on the roof above which would have kept me awake all night. Like a helicopter on the roof. I ask to change rooms and this was no problem. Staff quickly got me another room.
Overall a nice clean hotel with good staff but let down by indoor pool charges.

It a lovely hotel, great choice of food in restaurant, excellent value. Rooms are basic but clean and have plenty of space. The entertainment is ok but for younger children the entertainer is brilliant, not the we had children!! Staff are very helpful and pleasant.
