On check in we were upgraded from our initial booking. We were impressed with the size of the unit and the spotless presentation. The bathroom was a good size, bed comfortable and having a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities was a bonus. It's located an easy walk to the shops, restaurants and jetty. There's a nice pool if visiting during warmer months and a BBQ for the use of guests.

We were very impressed with the beautiful decor, the comfy bed, the ability to self cater and the immaculate cleanliness of this spacious unit. Staff were very friendly and accommodating too. I would highly recommend this motel and it's super quiet and peaceful too.

Close enough to town to walk for dinner (500 m) , on the road but not particularly noisy , thank goodness for the fan in the room (it was really humid during our stay) , sliding door to the bathroom banged during the night (but sounded like thumping in the over head room , disconcerting until worked out) , fridge quite noisy . Pool looked nice but we didn't have time.....a reasonably satisfactory stay and nothing to particularly criticise.

Room was very clean and tidy. A great base to explore the Bay of Islands. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The Swimming pool is very good, after a day of exploring. Prices were very affordable.

Nice sized rooms. Close enough to walk in to the cute little town. Helpful and welcoming owners. We had hoped to go snorkeling and they helped make that happen, will always be grateful.Wish we could have stayed longer.
