Room was good but not superfluous. But the hotel management needs to improve on time management on delivering the orders. The view of the hills from the room waa an added pleasure. Location is also an added advantage

The hotel has big rooms,ample parking space, good variety of breakfast & helpful staff. It also has fast WiFi connectivity. It will be of great help to people who check in late to have a proper signage, esp at night. Needs a proper lighted signboard of the hotel. Took me an hour to find the hotel.

I had spent almost all day in travelling and was on my way to Sikkim. Needed one night good rest somewhere and that is what I got in this hotel. Warm reception and a very nice clean room with all modern amenities. I had little view from the big window I had in the room. I felt quite comfortable in the room. Service was very good. I had a very nice experience with this hotel right from the reservation time. It belongs to Summit chain and was communicating with Summit hotels reservation system.
I have diet restrictions and for dinner I was given what I asked for. Had a very relaxing good night sleep. The chef was nice. Restaurant has a good ambience and were offered a decent buffet breakfast.
Next time when I travel I will be calling Summit hotels first to make the booking. Thanks to the staff at Summit reservation and Mount Milestone hotel for the excellent service they provide.

We will be wowed by the service levels they have. It's truly amazing and makes you wanna stay here again and again. Very well trained staff, Polite and professional. Rooms are very spacious and well set up.

The rooms are big, lots of space. The entrance of the hotel is very weird and confusing. The restaurant is very nicely placed and food is good. Room service is extremely slow and rooms stink. This has to be looked into. A good deal if booked online.
