Good value for money!

Stayed here for a week with a group of friends for a ski trip. Can't fault the hotel for the price payed. Clean comfortable rooms with comfortable beds. Kettle in the room for making hot drinks. Shower but on small side but plenty of hot water. Breakfast selection was good and all well presented. Staff helpful and polite. Shuttle bus available every morning to take us straight to the gondola without waiting. Was only a short walk anyway but welcome lift when wearing ski-boots! For the price can't fault the hotel. Excellent value for money and would definitely return.

Very nice hotel, with good position

We stayed at the hotel during the New Year holiday.
New Year's dinner was very varied and tasty. There were several different dishes characteristic for Bugaria. Also we had a bottle of vine, and bottle of champagne. Worth the money we paid.
The hotel is located close to the gondola, within walking distance. From hotel to gondola the minibus drive every morning, approximately every 15 minutes. In the same intervals minibus returning guests from Gondоla to hotel.
The apartment were we were, was very spacious, with separate sleeping part. A living room with kitchen is spacious. The kitchen is not sufficiently equipped,miss cutlery, cookware ... But if it you take half board, it is not necessary.
The food is delicious, varied, although it could be a little warmer.
After a day's skiing, you will enjoyin the pool, sauna or steam bath. Spa is clean, tidy and the staff is friendly.
And the rest of the staff at the hotel was very friendly and always at your service. If you must awaiting your transport, you can leave your laguage in a locked room until go.
The hotel also has a ski storage room, which was locked, so it is quite safe to leave their equipment there.
All in all, I recommend the hotel to anyone who would like to stay in hotel which is near the gondola and the city center.

The room was confortable and very hot. But it haven't knif or plate.The kichen was empty.The breakfast was foul and very delicious. Τhe wellness center was good but thw pool haven't hot water, the jacuzzi was to small only for 4 people and was always foul. The Whirlpool and the saouna was very good.The reception was helpful but only the moornig lady in the reception speak Greek and English.

we picked this hotel for our ski holiday in late December and it was just perfect.
best thing was the location. easy walking distance to the gondola, plenty of ski hire/schools nearby, good restaurant just a few minutes away and another 10 mins will get you to the heart of the old village itself.
staffs are all very nice and friendly, received so much help specially by a reception staff which made our stay so enjoyable.
hotel facility was fine, good restaurant for breakfast(didn't have any other meals there) and the bar looked lively every night. swimming pool was big enough to have some fun with family and i had good spa treatment too.
our one bedroom apartment was big and comfortable, very warm and underfloor heating in bathroom was very welcome. there was a kitchen but there was no pot or plate, we only found a kettle and a tea spoon in a cupboard which was fine for us as i wasn't going to cook while on holiday. I'm sure they will get whatever things you need if you ask at the reception - we asked how to use something in the room and got a brand new item in no time when they find out the thing wasn't working. and they clean the room everyday and did the washing up too.

if i have to find some negative, it will be outside the hotel. the road was busy with parked car with no footpath nor street light at night. it was a bit scary walking with children when they seem to do drink, phone and drive quite casually there. but that's nothing to do with the hotel, it was the same all over the town.

Cold room and poor quality service.

We visited it for 2 days, for Christmass. We stayed in a room on the ground floor. It was so cold that the first night we did not sleep at all. It was very noisy because there were people late at night chatting and shouting in the common area, very close to the room. We asked too many times for a heater, which they finally provided next afternoon, after a lot of pushing, and it was broken, so we stayed in cold. Two single beds with two single blankets. Facilities are very poor, Jacuzzi was half broken..
