This is one of the costly resort in ooty but the strange part is they don't have buffet system for breakfast. That was annoying. Some random guy will come & ask about breakfast. Food is costly, better to eat outside.

We a family of 5 stayed for 3 nights in a cottage.
Rooms : excellent rooms, well maintained. Lovely view from the cottage. Worth the money you pay.
Staff/ room service/ Housekeeping: very efficient, helpful and courteous.
Food: we would rate it 3/5. Quite expensive.taste was awful the first day. After couple of chats with the chef it got really better.
Suggest specify your spice and salt requirement when ordering room service.

it's beautiful place to stay..valley views room only take...to have full value for money...food is also very good..try to be early at the breakfast to have good quality food with good service....otherwise when all guest come at the same time..then it becomes a little messy..but the property is awesome with wonderful views of the ooty valley..lovedale lake is nearby as well as lovedale railway station to catchup the toy train instead of rushing to the main busy city center railway station...very quite place..no need of going anywhere..and wasting the energy when you can have all the beautiful views from this resort only...just chill there

Stayed there for 3 nights and enjoyed Valley view. Property is well architect to mesmerize guests. Food at restaurant is delicious but expensive. Wish breakfast buffet would have more varieties. Overall it was good stay!!

The property is very good. However, i was not able to get the best rooms of the property and was given a back side room for which I am withholding the best rating. However, when in Ooty, this is a very good option for stay.
