Mmmm!

I guess there were enough warning messages for this establishment on TP, undaunted we decided to take a chance. Travel Republic added a note for me requesting a quiet high room. Duly arrived at the hotel, I forgot to mention we also emailed about our room but no response. Assured our room was a quiet room and guess what this room was the closest you could get to the main road. Also it was next to the notorious 315, see TP review for September 2017. Went down to see the gloomy front desk but they said the quiet rooms were all taken so I said how have we missed out on the better rooms! What also lifted the noise level even further is a 24 hour square which only seemed to quieten down after 3pm. If you are still up to stay here it is a little hard to find, next door to Alay is an Asian massage parlour with a prominent sign to direct you...good luck!
Will be back again!

Came here last year on my own and absolutely loved it. So came back again this year with hubby! Everything is so handy, shops, cafes, restaurants and the beach. The Marina is fantastic and the beach is very clean and spacious.
It is also handy for jumping on to the bus and travelling g to lots of other places.
Will definitely be back next year!
Basic but clean

Perfect for the holiday we wanted; a clean room to sleep in for your self catering holiday. The rooms are a little dated and small, however they are clean and comfortable and have air conditioning. The shower over the bath is amazing, really powerful. They have basic amenities, microwave, fridge, small hob and the utensils and kitchenware you may require. There is a deposit required to enable you to use the tv, however as we’d never use it we didn’t bother. The maid came every 2/3 days to clean the room and change the bedding/towels which was fine for us. Over room faced on to the main road between 24hr square and the marina. It was a little noisy on Fri/Sat night as expected but nothing like what had previously been mentioned on here. There is a pool on the complex, it was small but clean with a life guard on duty at all times. It cost €2 to hire a sun lounger per day and they have a pool bar which also sells food. You’re not allowed to bring in your own food or drink which seems a little ridiculous considering there self catering facilities! The staff on duty were pleasant and helpful when we needed them. If you are happy with clean, basic and wanting a central location to stay then i would highly recommend these apartments.
Good location

Stayed here for 4 days the hotel is in a really good spot close to the marina 5 mins walk we had a pool view room with good views of the sea.
The rooms are clean and spacious we arrived at midday and we were told we could go straight to our room which was great.
Would definitely stay here again
Traffic Noise

Its clean and well equipped with a good pool area. The main issue is traffic noise with those rooms to the front. From about 5 in the morning the street cleaning and traffic begins and it is difficult to go back to sleep. If you are a deep sleeper or used to traffic noise maybe its no problem. Like all apartments, in order to keep them clean, it has a lot of hard surfaces and these are polished so they also squeak when you walk. Noise is generated when you pull back chairs etc and this noise travels too well. We stayed in October when the main rush of mad young people is over.
The location is very good just a minute from 24 hr square if you are good, mad and adventurous and just 5 minutes from the Puerto Marino, Paseo Maritimo (for a beautiful walk) and the beach.
The bathroom is very nice and sparkling clean. The beds are not as good. The kitchen's hob is slow to heat. Pots pans, cups etc are fine but we could have done with a detergent for washing them.
We had plenty of toilet paper (a previous complaint). I don't know if the sun beds at the pool cost 1.80 a day but on the beach they cost 5.0 per day but you can rest on the sand,
We tried about 5 restaurants and for the price, Palm 6 came out on top. Its about 600 metres west down the Paseo Maritimo. Two of us, for beautiful steak and chips plus dessert and wine cost in the low 30's. Lime and Lemon can only be booked. Erase Una Vez is good too but more expensive. The Drunken Sailor will give a good Sunday Roast. For a bit of music with your pint, Mullarkeys was the best but nowadays gentle music is hard to find. Neptuno piano bar opened only one night.
