rooms with no windows, the hot water is just not cold but can't say it's hot... the wifi works sometimes and the people, the manager is not helpful at all. when you book a double bed they give you 2 single beds. when you want to cancel then the reservation which was unfortunately book not refundable they charge you a fee of 2 nights staying 1. Just because they think it's right. We should not have chosen the not refundable option... My worst stay in latin America after 6 months traveling in hotels airbnbs hostal every kind of class.
