Nice: my room was large, like a small suite. Bed was large and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very nice, with a smiling little chef cooking eggs, rice and beans, special fries in front of you. Wifi ok.
Could be better: sometimes difficult to get warm water for a shower. In my friend's room, it was impossible. In my room, I had to wait 5' for an unreliable flow. Well it was not too much of a big deal, because temperature outside was nearly 40c 😜

I have stayed at the MS Hotel in Centenario on several occasions. The hotel is located across the street from the Centenario Mall. The Mall contains several restaurants, a movie theater, coffee shops, and various stores for shopping. The basement level contains "La 14" grocery store. The hotel is location in a pleasant neighborhood with a nearby Catholic Church, and several other restaurants.
The rooms are spacious with air conditioning and safe security box.
Breakfast consist of Coffee, tea, chocolate, juices, yogurts, fruits, eggs and variety of breads.... The staff is always friendly and helpful.
Security is very good and taxi cabs are easily found either thru the hotel or at the Mall.
If you are an American you can show your passport so you can be exempt of taxes. All in all, this is a very nice hotel at a reasonable price in a pleasant neighborhood.
Wifi is free!

Upon check in I was surprised that this hotel reached a four-star rating. Elevator was out from the first floor to the 2nd, there was a general unkempt appearance in an office that was more suited for a parking garage than a lobby. The in-room safe did not work and there was a general no-frills appearance to the rooms. On a good note, there rooms were spacious. Renovations were occurring day the day -- makes for a noisy stay. The staff were nice and did their best to accommodate. Bed comfortable.

Good value for business and well located. The 5ht floor as super noisy starting at 6am with the breakfast room and housekeeping. Very spacious room but intermittent hot water in the shower. Decent wifi and a comfortable bed.

I had the great pleasure of spending 5 nights at the Hotel MS in November. I would give a 5 star for everything. From the moment I arrived, there were pleasant and attentive staff. Each morning as I would step off the elevator I was always greeted with a grand smile and a warm welcome from any member of the staff who was present. The location was wonderful for me as I could walk to the mall in the evening and have the choice of at least 30 different food vendors. My room was expansive, clean and comfortable. I felt safe in the times I would walk in the neighborhood and most of all the staff was helpful. Having little Spanish language, the staff arranged for a driver (Alex-also wonderful!) whose English was helpful in taking me around the city. When I asked for an opportunity to watch professional dancers, the staff made arrangements and I had a wonderful time. The breakfast staff was quite friendly and provided many options for breakfast, all were fine to me. Finally my expression of thanks to Genny and all her staff. OUTSTANDING. I apologize for taking so long to review. You were all wonderful. Hope to see you again.
