Out of the main road, quiet, comfortable, clean, friendly at reasonably prices. Not a modern or trendy hotel but "wow" a nice place to stay in busy Cali for a few days. Rooms are spacious with quiet air conditioning units (I wish they had these in USA). A great breakfast on the 6th floor attended by friendly staff. Not luxurious but well equipped where everything works.

This modern and pleasant hotel is more oriented to short-stay guests, if you intend to spend a week or so in Cali, rooms are quite small and storage space is limited. What compensates it is a roof-terrace where breakfast is served and remains open till the night. It is a likeable place, with a view on the Three Cruces mountain and the city around. Breakfast was O.K. and fresh coffee and water were available through the day at the reception. Though close to main streets of Chipichape, the hotel is rather secluded ad quiet. And staff was very helpful and friendly, which also counts.

Small hotel but liked the location, rooms are not very spacious but everything is quite clean.
The best: the location and 90% of the staff during my stay who were really friendly, reception, restaurant and housekeeping, big thanks to those that made the pleasant part of my stay.
The worse: Whoever decided to place charges for a 3rd person in the room (I booked for 2) and the person that via the phone said "it was OK to overcharge me" when the front desk lady called him to authorize the correction, fortunately the lady doing my checkout was much more professional, knew what was right, and worked till the issue was solved calling a higher ranked manager. A shame that one really bad attitude has an impact in the rest of the staff that work hard to make your stay pleasant. As I always recommend: check your invoices before signing.

The hotel is small but it is in excellent location, on quite street, close to Chipichape Mall, rooms are spacious and clean, very friendly and helpful staff specially Albeiro Londono and Karina Pena. The only suggestion that I have to the hotel administration is to put more lights in the rooms because it was a little dark in the evenings. Overall the hotel is very good and I'll recommend it to anyone.
