Good hotel. All staff are very welcoming. The name of hotel suites the behaviors of all the staff.. Very well behaved staff. The staff is also very caring on the health of visitors. Over all I am very happy. They took good care of me. Food is very good. I would expect more compliments from the hotel. Apart from this I would rate 10/10 and recommend to everyone I meet.
Runumi and all her colleagues are very soft spoken and very caring... Very professional.. .. and have a very bright future ahead.

Amidst the concrete jungles of corporate hotel chains, this place shows how hotels ought to be in terms of cleanliness, facilities and care. Though the first two are a given with any ITC property, the customer care and support is the highlight of Welcomhotel Chennai. Love to stay here!

Excellent hotel. Really enjoyed staying on 12th Nov 2017. Early check in and late checkout provided as per package. All staff members are extremely polite and courteous. They will go out of their way to help you. Ms. Rukmini of the front desk and Mr. Vishwanathan were very very helpful. Check in and check out was very smooth and happened briskiy. Would definitely like to stay there again.

I must say I travel quite a lot and have stayed in many 5 star hotels but the service for this hotel is by far the best i have experienced. One such instance i would like quote where we missed our complimentary breakfast for some reason and as soon as hotel staff got to know they got the breakfast of our choice arranged in our room. The staff was also very courteous and helpul. Will surely recommend the hotel to everyone
