We had a corporate outing last weekend ( 9-10 Sept ) and upon our one colleague suggestion we booked this property.
Our overall experience is quite awesome and everyone from our group enjoyed a lot.
Best things are :
1. Location : Just beside the Kosi river this resort is perfect location. Although not recommended, but you can easily go down and keep your feet inside the running water.
2. Food : All dishes in every meal was delicious. Well from our group 90% prefer for non-veg always which was doubtedly good( kumaoni chicken ) even veg dishes tastes great.
3. Hospitality : All staff persons were quite professional and always ready to help you to fulfill all your demands.
The only thing which is not up-to the mark was that toiletries in washroom was not upto the mark.

The location of property is good and overall good place to stay. However the service quality is poor and overall maintenance needs improvement. However, the food quality was good and rooms are fairly spacious

This place Is very ideal for vacation. Situated on the bank of river. Very good view of natural beauty. Rooms are big and clean. Service is little poor. Food is yummy. Can enjoy with kids and teenagers.

A true resort in all sense. Enjoyed the stay here, resort has lot of green area, walkways, big lawns, huge playing area, indoor play area and a pool. its a river side resort having nice and peaceful areas. Rooms are basic though and are not giving any luxury feel but are comfortable. As its a resort room service is a big issue here. We waited for almost 2 hours for our room and welcome drink was served in the evening. Food is good with decent options. Advisable to stay here especially in big groups as lot of options are available here. Stuff like cricket kit, badminton, TT racket/ball are available in the resort but it is advisable to carry your own.

Last mth i visited this resort ..they have no driver to park ur vehicle .lazy staff .slow chk inn.very normal but big room .resort swimming pool was not maintained..so had to chk out early morning ..no high tea in evening .way to river not maintained etc..they are clever not to give u extra mattress but insisted on chargingfor other room for kids age 9yrs & 12yrs one of child was on wheel chair..we chkd into hridesh resort next door they didnt charged for children room food yummy evening complimentry tea snacks .friuts cookies in room & total luxury & care ..
