I was planning to visit Bangalore.I asked the reservation staff to quote the company contracted rates.He quoted 3000 + 18 percent GST which totals to INR 3540 per night.But he couldn't do the simple math and kept arguing that it is 4500 rupees.And when I asked him to connect to the GM ,he denied and said he is equivalent to manager.He was rude and disrespectful.I would never book there as I got the trailer from this guy's response.I just wonder if these people who are paid for their hospitality etiquettes,can't be courteous on phone,what can one expect if you check-in to their place...I wouldn't mind paying twice as much money as he quoted and rather stay in a hotel having a good staff.Amenities become a rather secondary issue then.

It is incredible place
It's indeed a recent place for the cost and the amenities offered
Staff there are friendly and policy isnt strict
Good food and place meant to be with family and can relax well here!

Do you want to stay in a service apartment in the heart of the city which doesnot look or feel like a boring service apartment? Nagarjuna suites is the choice. Nice cool place with spacious room. Amenities are decent and basic. You may not get multi cuisine restaurant there but you will surely enjoy their homely food. Nice place you are in if you want a good place for transit which will surely not burn your pocket

The room was very neat and clean. All were really helpful and all request were immediately completed. Recommend for staying here. Stayed here for official purpose for a month and I'm really satisfied with the service. Breakfast provided was really good and taste and upto the standards.

Nagarjuna Suites was one of the best places to stay if you are traveling with your family. They have suits which comprise of 1 Bedroom flats (ideal for small family) and 2 Bedroom Flats (ideal for a family of 4 or 5).
We had a family trip to Bangalore and stayed in this hotel for around 15 days. It was a nice experience. You have connected bathrooms for every room. AC, Telivision,Geysers, MicroWave Oven. You can also cook as they will provide you Induction stove and utensils on request.
Ideal place and best for people who are new to Bangalore and moved to Bangalore on relocation.
