I lived in a big room with free wifi. When I called the reception, she answered in English. If you book with your name it will have it on the television. The problem was, I went because of a wedding of my cousin. It was someone else's name and the person answered me in another name. I suggest that you book the room with your name.

This hotel is ok.good location near the station.rooms are ok.very chinese...but clean.they also seem a bit old.the bathroom is very tiny and also seems old.staff is ok.they do speak english rather well.

value for money. nice breakfest. try the room in the grand building.the exeuctive room are big enogh. although there is a new one in town . the location and the price are work for me. please remember it's chines hotel. which mean some difficulty with the english

Nice place. Have everything AND Well equiped. People speak normal English and are happy to help.
Some non Chinese visitors but could be more because of the quality.
I like the hotel and the cappuccino is perfect. ;-)
Also the accommodation is perfect for use. Swimming pool gym. Nice lobby bar etc.

Good location- a few minutes away from Lao Wai Tan, Tian Yi square, train station. Rooms a bit small, but clean. Service is OK. Fast check in/check out. A good option for a short stay. Will recommend to business travelers.
