First checked in the standard room and was absolutely disgusting old with stains on bedhead. I told the missus not staying in this room so went to reception and upgraded to the superior room for only about $15 aud a night extra and found these rooms a lot better. Hotel is located about 10min tuk tuk from town and is a lot cheaper than those in town. The pool is very nice but doesn't offer a spa etc. There is a nice modern thai eatery 50m down the road which is very nice and cheap like the rest of udon thani.

The entrance and reception area looks glamorous, as does the dining & breakfast area. In reality the room smelt like an ashtray, cigarette burn makes on the room table, musty smell and I would hate to think what has worked its way into the carpet, tiles are a more hygienic option. The excessive mould and stains on the ceiling and walls of the bathroom are not acceptable. The swimming pool looked great... but once you jump in, and I mean jump in, there is NO ladder to get out. The decking and wooden walk ways are peeling and need painting. the big ashtray near the pool was full and not emptied for an entire week whilst there. not close to CBD but other shops short taxi ride. Based on hotel itself I will not return and will try another.

I choose this hotel because i had a birthday party at their pub and once i arrived i had a big surprise with their room as it was too old with a bad smell and i ask to move to another rooms, the reception asked me to pay an additional THB1000++ to change the room which is not my mistake! Not recommend to anyone !

I have a group for 23 rooms which just checked out this morning (17/05/16). After our group had used the services from this hotel, we found that almost our rooms had a problem with the water in the bathroom, it flows very slow event the public toilet on the lobby floor.
And I found the FIT rate in Agoda cheaper than our group rate that I had contacted direct to the sale of this hotel.
So this morning I met the sale that I had contacted and told her about the problems that we found during stay. She never say "Apologize" but has many excuses also the way she talk to me like talk to friend.

The hotel is nice with tree decoration. Big parking lot. Breakfast is good. The shuttle is quite good but the AC should be strong. The receptionists are nice but should speak more English. Anyone wanting to have a pretty good stay with reasonable price, this hotel can be a choice.
