We've been vacationing in SW-FL 2x a year for the past 10 years and decided to try this resort. One thing to say, it has a lot of pools. The main pools and lazy river, yes they have their own (small) lazy river, which is where floated around, were just a short walk away from the main hotel. The internal walking bridge was taken out by Irma and had not yet been repaired so we had to walk on the sidewalk on Tamiami (41), which was fine. Traffic is moving along but it's just a short walk.
The 2 bed/bath suite was clean and the kitchen was well suited to "eat-in" once in a while. One thing we noticed was the living room furniture wasn't very comfortable; the couch was a loveseat, and the 2 chairs were wing chairs. Our view was over a canal, which was obscured by vegetation but what can you do?
We really enjoyed our stay. One thing I would highly recommend is the Water Shuttle; you can't beat this for getting around to see Tin City, the restaurants around the bay, and 5th Avenue!

I stayed here for 3 nights with my 21 year old son after returning to finalise a house sale. I went for a 2 bedroomed suite, so we could have our privacy, which was actually an apartment. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, everything you need to feel at home. The master bedroom and bathroom was beautiful and in the guest bedroom they also had their own bathroom, just outside the bedroom door. Lots of free parking, lovely hotel grounds and plenty choice of places to eat in the resort. We were in room 206 and had a water view. Manatees right outside from the balcony. We had maid service everyday and she put the dishwasher on and kept the place looking lovely and clean. I cannot say enough about this hotel. If I had to say one negative, the pool, spa and gym is a 10 minute walk but 2 mins in a car but there is also a courtesy bus to take you there and back. There were 3 pools, a family pool with cafe right in it, over 18 year old pool (which we preferred) and a lap pool. I will defiantly use this hotel if I visit Naples again. Very nice place to stay. We had the suite which was spacious and comfortable. Have to take a shuttle bus or short walk to pool area which at the time had cool hot tubs and the water temperature of the pools was brisk. They said they were working on this for the seasonal visitors. We came in November. With a $35 a day resort fee, besides using a few towels it would’ve been nice to have a comfortable pool, which was a huge reason we came. The location was great and the water taxi was ideal for night life. Used the workout center early in the morning. The machines required a key which was no where to be found. Frustrating.

We enjoyed our stay last year so much that we booked again this year for a longer stay. Our first couple of days were as wonderful as we remembered if not more so BUT then on the second night there was so much partying around and above us that we didn't get much sleep. This continued on until past 3am!!!! When we called the desk and requested security to get them to leave or be quiet the front desk had obviously been contacted many times about the noise yelling furniture being moved food being thrown on our balcony etc. We decided to leave and cut our vacation short as the front desk explained it was a wedding party making the noise and they would not be leaving. We were VERY angry as we had friends drive from Canada to be joining us in Naples as we loved your place so much. I booked this vacation, reserving the specific room last January and we look forward to this time away so much. We realize that a wedding party would be spending much more at your resort than we would but we really didn't feel that the way we felt having to leave early so we could get some rest was not appreciated. I do hope that someone from Naples Bay resort let the inconsiderate people know that they ruin many peoples vacations with their behaviour. Otherwise your resort was lovely but we will think twice about coming again. Your reception offered to move us but the resort was completely booked so that was not an option. The restaurant 1500 South was amazing, we ate there twice.

Overall pretty decent. Could be better and more resort like with staff and rooms. Marina was clean, nice and staff was friendly. Enjoyed the atmosphere of the entire facility. Wish there was more connection between the marina and hotel staff for a seamless check in.
