We stayed at this resort as a stop over from Key West to Sarasota. My wife absolutely loved this place and has made me promise to take her back for a longer stay so she can enjoy it’s offerings properly. We particularly liked the private beach with its pure white sand. You have to get on an electric buggy to get to the beach which takes you up a private road or if you have more time you can take a stroll there. They have a couple of pools which looked lovely, and in the evening we made use of the complimentary drinks vouchers in the main bar which was a bonus.

The Naples Grande has been a longtime family favorite vacation spot! Super friendly staff, great accommodations. Food is fresh and delicious with a wide variety. The kids love the beautiful pool with the fun slide, and activities like making their own tie dyed t-shirts, while it’s great to have a separate adult pool for some peace and quiet. The tram car ride over the boardwalk through the mangroves to a paradise beach makes this a unique vacation. Love being able to sip a frozen margherita, pina colada or corona while looking at the gorgeous blue Gulf waters and my toes in the sand. Being able to paddle board, sea kayak, swim and snorkel, plus spa, tennis and golf make this the perfect resort for families of all ages. Something to please everyone, including the spectacular sunsets!

I don't normally leave reviews but i needed to acknowledge the kindness that was shown to my husband and I at this hotel. We were set to get married on Sept 6 2017 with a company that included a beach wedding and photography. I was worried about any cancellations because of course we were about to get hit with hurricane Irma. I called the company to confirm one final time the night before and they let us know that they were going to do everything as scheduled. As I was getting ready the morning of I receive a call from the company saying that they are cancelling and to call the manager to discuss any further details. I was devastated and in tears. My husband had spent the night before the wedding at the hotel and we had planned on spending our wedding night at the hotel as well. I called him to let him know of what was happening and he decided to speak to the hotel manager and explain our situation. The amazing manager that he spoke to told us that we could have a private area in the spa to preform the ceremony at no charge. Thanks to the Naples Grande hotel we didn't have to get married in our living room. As my husband and I celebrate our 1 month of marriage we just want to say thank you so very much to lovely staff at Naples Grande Beach Resort. Although our stay was cut short all the managers that took care of us and the waiter at the inside bar were incredibly kind and helpful.

Have been travelling to Naples for 20years now and love the place. Never stayed at the Naples Grande before but visited when it was linked to the Edgewater Beach Hotel.
Very nice rooms, clean and bright. Nice size balcony with very comfortable furniture.
Prefer to be on the beach but the buggy ride wasn't too long. The pools were clean and great for kids.
As hurricane Irma was on her way it was a little tense but the staff were professional and kept us informed of where we would be sheltering. Unfortunately there was a mandatory evacuation and the hotel had to close, this was done swiftly and professionally. Thank you and I hope you all stayed safe.
We will return at some point to finish our holiday there.

Super old and dated rooms. The good pictures on here are photoshopped...im getting tired of this app calling hotels "luxe" when they are basic at best...if this happens again I'm going to cancel my account on here. This is now the 3rd time I've stayed in what they call Luxe and the rooms are sub par. To exemplify...the carpet was pulling away from the floor all over the room. There was mold in the bathroom and the sheet rock in the shower was gross. The furniture beyond worn and dated. The drapes from 1980...my shower had on two temperatures..either scorching hot or super cold...Very angry customer here
