The stand out feature is the epic underground bike garage complete with lockers ,laminate flooring and a bike wash
friendly staff ,clean room ,good shower its a bit of a no brainer if your looking for a suitable hotel in Susa on a bike or motorbike trip really
Great Italian 3 star hotel
Stuart Con 11/03/2017 21:37Really good three star hotel in walking distance of the town and good restaurants. Unlike British three stars there is a well stocked gym area. The staff are really friendly and good at recommending restaurants and running roots. The other comments by reviewers are correct too!

on 15/09/2016 21:03Firstly, the staff on reception speak excellent English which is always a bonus in Italy as I can speak Swahili better than I can speak Italian.
They have spent some money downstairs in the garage since my review last year where they have excellent secured storage for push bikes and motorbikes.
The ride from Susa up towards Mont Cenis has improved substantially due to resurfacing.
Looking forward to coming again next year.

Staff super friendly and attentive to your needs. Comfortable rooms and beds. Good breakfast. Perfect location. Garage parking available. Free wifi. . Susa is an outstanding village with amazing history, Roman ruins, a tasty food,
Cycling Perfect
mos51on 23/08/2016 19:48Just got back from a stay at Hotel Napoleon. The town of Susa being perfect to climb some big big mountains. The hotel has recently had a refurbishment so looks lovely. Bike storage is perfect with ample room, security and cleaning facilities. The staff could not have been more helpful, clearly experienced in dealing with the lycra clad! Breakfast was perfect pre-ride with everything you need to get your day started.
Rooms are clean and spacious with nice views of the town or the mountains.
The town itself is a nice base with several restaurants. Highlight being Excalibur & Bella Napoli. There is a lovely ice cream shop in the centre of the town and a bike shop (Aru, Scarponi and Cunego have all visited), the owner was lovely and incredibly helpful with a mechanical issue. All in all a big thumbs up for Hotel Napoleon.
