From the moment we arrived to our departure , we were treated with charm and friendliness by Claudia, Laura and every member of the team . Comfortable , clean room with good views to the hills and sea . Restaurant service prompt with delicious , unfussy cuisine . We ate at four other restaurants in the area and NASCAR is a level above them. You are made to feel welcome , there is no military attitude to time of check in and check out , no tedious procedure in accessing wi Fi and no need to input the code and one's name every day . Beach is 3 minutes walk . One end has shingle and the other sand . Swimming is safe and easy . Beautiful coastline northwards with good walks but you need proper boots and attire as most paths are rocky. We will return . Santa Maria Navarrese is a gem and so is the NASCAR Hotel.

What a delight to arrive at this quality small boutique style hotel after a poor service from BA Gatwick to Olbia. Picking up hire car we followed a most picturesque route down to arrive in Santa Maria late PM well away from the madding crowds (perhaps) of the main resorts. We selected this hotel from reviews to enable us to crash out for a few days and experience a taste of Sardinia, so thanks to those....and that we did and would concur with most! Well served by the family who own this establishment and who all provide you with a welcoming smile and great hospitality. The hotel is stylishly furnished providing a homely touch and a stones throw from a picturesque beach, albeit stoney but with sun beds and beach brolley all thrown in. The food was faultless, fresh produce all round and we ate in 3 of our 6 nights, that good, with the town offering other options. Breakfast was extensive too and sets one up well for the day. We benefitted from one of the suites at back of hotel and would recommend either with the terrace. All accommodation will be found at favourable rates. We did nothing other than local strolls and a day boat trip, but the staff are there to advise and organise what you want. So in summary, faultless and met our requirements!

Didn`t stay hear , although I hear its good , however used the restaurant twice!
Each time the sevice was excellent with tables surrounding a lovely courtyard at the front of the hotel , lit by candles and subdued lighting , promising good things to come.
Vegiterians are not really catered for here but for the meat and fish people the choice is small but varied.
Food on the whole is good but not perfect however presentation is good.
This restaurant would benefit from an increased selection for veggies and slightly larger portions as I found mine to be on the small side.
Prices are a little higher but not excessivley

Stayed here for 2 nights 31st August - 2nd September. This was our final destination after our trip around sardinia and what a way to end a fantastic holiday.
As soon as we walked through the doors we was warmly welcomed and given the suite as an upgrade as it had become available earlier! The room was lovely and spacious and was more than happy to chill in such a beautiful space.
The decor of this building is beautiful and situated in just a stones throw from the beach. As a resident of this hotel you get free sunbeds and towels which is great.
It's also ideally situated for boat trips (10 mins walk to the harbour) to visit the beautiful east coast beaches which are not accessible by car.
We had dinner in the hotels restaurant on the first night and found the quality of food was one of the best on the island.
Finally I would like to add that the staff are so helpful and go out of their way to make sure your happy! There's a true family feel as to how this hotel is run.
I would definitely recommend this beautiful hotel if your in the area.

I have trouble believing there are nicer hotels and better places to eat. This is a family run hotel and Claudia and her sister and the rest of the staff were so friendly and helpful it was hard to leave. We stayed 4 nights. Arrived mid-afternoon and were immediately given beach towels and told were we could get free chairs to chill on the beach. What is cool about the beach are rock out-croppings a short swim off shore that many would go to to hang on or jump off. The beach is right across the street from the hotel. We had the "grape" room on the 3rd floor (I think) which had a view of the front courtyard and dining area. Room was comfortable and decent size for Europe. Never felt crowded. We got tips for nearby (30 minutes or so) beaches,and to a winery, textile shop where you can see them using the loom and buy hand made items and a very cool art gallery all around the town of Jerzu. We had dinner the first night at their restaurant and it was so good we went back every night. Just terrific sea food. And as others have said the breakfast has a large selection of pastries, fresh juice and eggs to order. Just a delightful time. We usually had a drink in the patio too. Try the Hugo. This place is one of those unexpected gems
