My husband and I stayed there for 4 nights in August. The room was really new, entire hotel has been renovated as I was told, nice white bathroom, very clean! Staff is extremely friendly and competent, once you enter the hotel you realize you are in good hands. Breakfast brings a good variety of choices, all delicious. If you have a car, no parking in the hotel, nearest public garage is about 300 meters walk, so plan ahead if you intend to arrive at night specially with lugagges. We did this without any problem, garage has a plan if you're staying longer than 1 day that costs less than paying individually stays, see inside booth for that. The train station is walking distance for those who choose this mean of transportation. Location is a bit tricky though, not many places to walk to. Not close enough to walk to Promenade des Anglais or other attraction... The hotel is really good, just the zone around it could be nicer. But it didn't harm the pleasure of our stay.
Pleasantly Surprised with very friendly staff

Super helpful and friendly staff.
Honestly the staff were great! Everyone was so friendly!
As for the room, I stayed in 404 with the street view, it can get a bit noisy at night but the location is great, and the wifi is even better. The bathroom is a bit small, but overall good! TV in the room is a big flat screen. There is a safe and some hanging space.
Breakfast is 15€, but it is big with fresh pastries, eggs bacon, fancy coffee machine and then chef/host is friendly too!
Good selection of jams and healthy cereal and fruit, the juices are freshly squeezed.
I would stay here again !
Super close the the train stop nice ville

I travel every week for work or pleasure so have stayed in a lot of hotels. In many hotels, frequent guests receive better treatment, or are the only ones treated well. At Hotel 64, I truly appreciated how incredibly friendly and helpful the staff was to everyone. Although I did not register for breakfast, the drinks (soda, water, tea, coffee) in the dining room were free. It’s an easy 5 minute walk to the train station if you’d like to explore elsewhere. If you choose to explore Nice, it’s a lovely walk to the water and other attractions from the hotel. The room size was not a detractor for me, as I only return to my room to sleep and shower, but if it is for you, please know the rooms are rather small. If I ever returned to Nice, I would pay to stay here again, even though I can get a room for free in another hotel. Customer service truly shines here.
Convenient, comfortable hotel.

The Hotel 63 is located very close to the Nice train station and therefore fitted our needs since we were traveling on the trains with luggage. The hotel itself has a small entrance, fairly well marked in a very busy area, right next to the tram stop, which was quite convenient for going to the old section of town. Checkin was quick and easy with a friendly staff. Rooms were very good and well equipped, and quite comfortable. Breakfast is extra, although coffee, tea and water are gratis, and we skipped breakfast because of an early train. Overall a very convenient and nice hotel.

Spent 4 night in Hotel 64 recently, The rooms are spacious by some European standards and are well maintained. It is located in one of the main shopping areas and is very close to the central train station which makes for an easy walk from the Airport Bus (No 99) which terminates at the station.
Its a 15 min walk to the Old town of Nice and the Promenade Des Anglais.
Breakfast is available and is well served but i wouldn't recommend as there are plenty of locations nearby that are cheaper and have a larger selection.
Overall an excellent stay.
