This must surely be contender for abu dhabi worst hotel.I knew it was a cheap place but that doesn’t count for how rude the staff was at the reception. I book and went to check in.The guy at the reception he approach me and said ( Yes ) what do u want.
I ask him i made a booking under the name blah blah . He replied do you have confirmation number i gave him the confirmation number he checked and ask me to wait 5 minutes. After 5 minute i went back to him and he said wait 5 minutes.
Then when i saw he was dealing another guest i approach one the receptionist lady aged 30 to 35.
I ask her she replied sorry there no reservation exist under my name. ( which i found her tone was rude and she was not helpful )
I open my email and i said here is the confirmation number.
Sir i don’t know u contact official site from where u made the booking.
Front office manager was busy vip guest.
They might pay extra i believe.
I will never recommend this hotel to anyone because of this reason.
Management should have better and well mannered people at the front desk .
Because from there u make first expression.

The hotel is in the city center with several shops close by. The design of the rooms inside is decent. As for comfort, the bed mattress seemed to need replacement. Toilet has a bath tab and toiletries are provided. I did not like that they charge for parking the car.

Nice and Clean Rooms and very cooperative Staff. Highly Recommended for your Stay in Abu Dhabi. Very near to the Corniche and easily accessible.

Break fast is really good and hygienic. Authentic Culinary and cuisine is available for Dinning.

I'm writing this review from a westerners prospective, the rooms are spacious clean and modern but it is a smoking hotel which I find hard to tolerate been a non smoker as the smell of smoke lingers through the facility. They do have an on sight restaurant but serves very basic meals, instant coffee 😫 and no access alcohol served on the premises. There is good free Wifi. I found the reception staff to be just friendly.

Booking: Easy to locate on web and quick to book. Variety of options of type of rooms and payment options.
Reach from Airport by Taxi around 80AED, tips : Crossing of 8th and 5th Street/Hamdan Street
Reception: Quick check in with Passport and Advance Card blocking. Nice and comfortable waiting area.
Room: The room are big enough for couple with good facilities, free wifi, tea maker, TV, good ambiance, lavish bathroom and comfortable beds.
Restaurant: Limited varieties, specially for vegetarians. But the cook and waiter are very friendly. They cook on request apart from the dishes on buffet. Good Breakfast options and nice place to start your day.
Location: The best thing about the Hotel is the location. Located on Hamdan Street with variety of shopping options for gold, clothes, cheap gift and electronic items. If bored by restaurant food then few restaurants are around for Indian Cuisine, specially for Gujarati's is the Bhavna Restaurant. Please visit my other review about it in detail. The Abu Dhabi Beach is around 3 kms by walk.
Overall Experience: Excellent.
