The hotel ia very nice and the staff arr vry frirndly and always smiling
The breakfast was awesome and diversified
The wifi was very bad and the lighning inside the rooms as well, rather than this everything was perfect

Just returned and no hestitation in saying that this is the best hotel in Dahab.The hotel itself is stunning with the amazing sea view from the terrace roof. Even in your room you can hear the sound of the sea.Amazing. Magic is in the air. Would like to thank the fantastic staff for their friendliness and excellent service. This is a really friendly family hotel. Can't wait to come back.

It's a wonderful hotel , amazing stuff. we loved our room, was clean and prepared with balloons. a wonderful work team, service and I love the owners [ SARAH ❤️ ] very lovable people. The view from the roof is natural Very flexible. Our honeymoon was amazing because of them, They recommended and organized our trips in this magical city dahab. Overall we enjoyed with our stay at neptune and we will back again.

I checked in to find that rooms (2) were not clean, no wardrobe, full of ants. So when I asked for a check out at 4pm (knowing that I would pay for the first night) the treatment and attitude were horrible and the response we got was "We are just a motel, not a hotel. the reception guy will have to pay for the rest of your money"
Very disrespectful experience and all the legal procedures will be done against this place.
