Nest residency is in near to tirupathi bus stand. Nice stay. all amenities are working properly. Rooms were average and noise free. location is added advantage. walk able distance to srinivasam and APSRTC Bus stand. overall stay is good.

This hotel came in my radar for their 24hrs checkout facility. The rooms are clean and spacious. The rates are also very reasonable for 24hrs checkout as it is really hard to find 24hrs hotel in Tirupati at this price. Good choice for stay and move.

I stayed in NEST Tirupathi on 29th Sept. When Chek-in, they told water bottle complementary, I purchased Sprit but paid - while check out, they showed the bill for Water bottle and Sprit; They promised me to give Soap and Shampoo; but never turned up; After check out, they did not give the bill. Room Tariff for non-AC Rs.1,000. This is too much, nearby Hotels charged Rs.1500 for AC rooms with complementary breakfast. Not worth. Management don't have any control over the staffs. Eventhough, I raised the voice for unnecessary bills, they are begging for tips.

Nest residency is not a hotel it looks like lodge. You can get many hotels nearby. They dont have restaurants. Very noisy place. I will not recommend anyone to stay. We have stayed for two days but they have not cleaned our room, we gone for temple visit in the morning 7.00am and came back around 4.00pm, when we step inside it was totally messed. We have booked oyo rooms, so breakfast was complimentary but timing is not fixed because oyo representative comes with breakfast which is 2 idlis and 1 vada, hotel doesnt arrange breakfast we have to wait for oyo representative.We stayed in last week.

I had visited the property after reading my review through Tripadvisor and my my wasn't i rite, Excellent service! The best part of the trip was that the room is located rite at the centre of city..Behind APRSTC bus stop , near saravana bhavan hotel, auto rick shaw stand, nearby ATM, every things (Market, padmavathy temple) is in radius of 4kms except tirumala(18kms) however you get frequent bus (every 1 minute ).. The room was very good, service was even better.. Pls contact the Owner (Mr. Pawan) I am sure your 90% problem & query was be resolved rather than calling the reception...The owner is GEM of the person, very polite, humble helpful.. The hotel was also very calm & silent.. overall good for family, couple & business..
