Wonderful staff, restaurants is good with great breakfast buffet. Front desk has power adapters for a charge if you need one. Laundry closes early and there are no irons or ironing boards in rooms so call early for any laundry needs, but they will expedite. I had a few things ironed And back in about an hour. Beds can be small.

The Neuquén Tower Hotel was a good place to stay for a few nights while I was on a business trip to Neuquén. My first impression of the hotel was very good. The reception area is large and very comfortable, and the reception staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English (a real plus for me). My room on the 6th floor had 3 single beds (I understand this is the same for all the rooms of that class) and was well appointed with a desk, a mini bar and fridge and a lock box. The hotel WiFi, included in the price, was reliable and had a pretty good speed. Breakfast was tasty and varied, although I could have done with a few more hot food options. Lastly, the hotel is within easy walking distance of the Plaza San Martin, the central park and the shops in the area. I would recommend this hotel to be a safe and reliable option for a stay in Neuquén.

Travelling on business with a delegation, we stayed at the Neuquen Tower for 2 nights. The place had everything you need for a no fuss, restful stay: rooms were spacious, well eqiped, clean, comfortable bed, great shower with lots of hot water, and great room service. I needed some ironing done in a hurry to meet meeting commitments and it was done with no fuss and a great smile.
We also used the hotel for a function (approximately 60 people) and presentations: the venue was very good, dinner and service excellent, and everything worked without fuss.
Perhaps the only criticism would be the lack of a business centre facility. there was a computer in the lobby, heavily patronised by kids. This is not unusual in Latin America, specially in the provinces, and was quickly remedied by the staff offering to print from their computers.

The best hotel in Neuquén. Confortable rooms with a good breakfast. It is also well located. The restaurant is very good - try Lomo de Ternero if you like meat. The rooms are very clean. The only drawback is that some rooms the don't have a Strong wifi signal.

Good, spacious and comfortable rooms. Good service overall but in particular at the breakfast area, the breakfast itself is pretty good, with eggs cooked to order and fresh orange juice.
The service at the restaurant in the evening is also pretty good.
