Value for money, clean rooms, courteous staff. Location is bit difficult to find as it is not marked correctly on google maps. Breakfast buffet is great and staff is always there to help. Overall nice stay in very economical price. Location is great as its close to airport, koregaon park and Phoenix mall which are most happening places in Pune

I was in this hotel for 4 days from 8th to 11th August. It was given to me by our office. Also after looking at the low room rent, my impression before landing into the hotel was not good.
But after going there it was totally opposite. It started when I landed outside hotel. As soon as I came out of the cab, I was welcomed by the watchman who carried my luggage in. The reception Formalities did not take much time. I was wondering if the room would be clean, but the room was excellently maintained. All the requisites were in the room.
Next day we had the breakfast which was good. The best part was they provided live dosas. Then when we returned in the night, I had paneer delicacy and it was truly awesome. I really couldn't have imagined a better meal away from home as I got good garam chapattis as well at night 12. The next day we had daal tadka and jeera rice and it was awesome too. The breakfast is ok but meals are awesome.
The only negatives I found were that the room seemed to be a bit conjusted and there was no stand to dry the clothes. I was going to rate this hotel as 4 because of the room size, but was compelled to rate it 5 because of the overwhelming service I received due to which the negative look negligible.
Really liked the hotel and would definitely stay here if needed in future.

The stay we had at New Leaf was great. It is a bit hard to find as it is among some residential areas, but is within walking distance to great places to eat such as Eat Some, Smoking Joes, Cafe Peter Donuts, Cream Stone, as well as Symbiosis College and smaller street shops. It is a 30-40 Rupee ride to Phoenix Market City and Aga Khan Palace. Once you walk out to the main road there is a group of autos waiting there.
The rooms were very nice and well decorated, the sheets were clean and smelled great! There was a large tv and fridge in the room, there was even a snack bar that cost a relatively fair price. The TV had a ton of channels from tv shows, to movies across languages. The room service is expensive, but quick. They even provided us with forks and plates when we ordered out. Under the bed could have been cleaned better, but the rest of the room was pristinely clean. The ac worked amazing, and the corner room had nice natural light. Breakfast was included but we unfortunately did not get to taste it as we had slept in. The breakfast is served on the roof, which is very lovely but sometimes warm. We went to the roof at night and saw beautiful views. The bathroom was clean and there was hot water right away.
We truly had a nice stay.

It is a budget hotel near to the New Airport road. It is a bit away from the main road making it somewhat hard to find.
Good: Service is Excellent in this place. Everyone there is always ready to help and any issues will be solved quickly.
OK: The amenities you get in the room are OK for the price. The breakfast options are acceptable though not quite a lot to choose there (which can be improved).
Needs improvement: The condition of the room. The plastering at the lower side of the walls came off with slightest of touch.

Hotel Staff was very good and helpful. All though we have booked 9 rooms there and we stayed 4 days there.
It has a basic facility I can not rate it with any stars as the property is still under renovation.
They need to improve a lot if they want to come to at least a 3* Catagory.
Overall Stay was good and we had a fun time.
