Unsure you get a taxi after dark as it was in an unsafe part of town according to numerous uber drivers. But hotel was perfectly fine when we were there.

Good location, helpful staff, but the shower is the worst ever (very small and dangerous).
The bed and amenities in the room are great and was good enough for us... but as I said before, the shower is small and dangerous due the shower faucet that have tips that hurt if you hit with your elbow during the bath.

Sadly this hotel wasnt destroyed by the hurricane Irma.
Wery worn out. Terrible beds, poor breakfast and almost never working wifi. Door keys had to be replaced every time we came home. Very dirty pool.
Sorry - I cant recommend this hotel.

Very basic room, double bed and a small bathroom, no where to store clothes so could not unpack. Very basic breakfast options. Pool open 24/7. Was ok stay, Cheap for our budget as travelling for 2 months.

This "motel" was on one of those makeover shows with a dramatic American host.
The rooms are big enough with fans keeping you cool during the hot Miami nights. Staff refresh water in the fridge daily - this is a massive relief when coming back after a long day of cycling! The beds are low, but massive and really comfortable. Showers are fine, maybe a bit small but nothing to make an issue over.
Breakfast is probably the most basic Ive seen. Rolls with Spreadable cheese and bananas. That's it. It's quite funny actually. The breakfast is served outside in the mornings, they do not go dinner as there is no dining room.
The pool is clean and has some shade and sunny areas.
When we were there, a film studio did some filming but they were done by around 7pm.
This is also the same Motel where the first scene of Dexter was filmed!!
