Cassandra was very nice during our 11pm check in. The room was spacious, had a couch; comfy bed, & well appointed bathroom.
We went to the restaurant bar to order dinner, & were told to use the phone at the end of the bar. We called, ordered & it was brought out in 15 minutes. The burger & sweet potato fries were very good.
In the morning we went to the 10th floor lounge for breakfast & I was a tad disappointed with the selection: Pineapple, cantaloupe, honey dew, a few pastries, boiled eggs, oatmeal & bacon. Other concierge lounges had more fruit (strawberries & blueberries) along with a waffle machine. The lounge has a computer & printer that we utilized to check in & print out our boarding pass, for free.
After breakfast we watched the NYC Marathon before grabbing the 1pm shuttle to catch our 3pm flight.
Wonderful hotel, I would definitely stay here again.

The Newark Marriott is great. I got stuck overnight in Newark due to a cancelled flight. I managed to get a room in the Newark Marriott and loved every second of it. Gold and Platinum members are able to access the Concierge level and it is well worth it. The rooms are exceptional as well.

We recently stayed at this hotel after flying in and prior to boarding a cruise ship. Everything, from the check-in process to our departure was wonderful. We were in room 1001 and it was extremely quiet. We were on the concierge level and enjoyed the lounge, as it was well stocked and there was always an employee there making sure everything was being attended to. We had a few beverages and snacks in the hotel restaurant/bar and they were tasty and reasonable for hotel fare. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay there again when we're in the area.

This hotel is in a prime location for quick travel in and out of Newark airport. The hotel was very accommodating and the rooms were just right. The beds were super comfy, the room were extra nice, and the bathroom was extremely clean. Although it’s located at the airport, I never heard a plane. Their convenient location makes it super easy to get to the airport as well as get to New York. The shuttles run every 15 to 30 minutes. When I arrived from the airport, they were just a phone call away. I will definitely book this location again in the future. If you are a Marriott rewards member, you automatically get free WiFi; otherwise, there is a charge.

We traveled back from Aruba and spent the night in this hotel located at the Newark airport.
The reception was quick and painless, and the hotel is clean and well laid out.
We ate in the restaurant, and the food was top-notch. The wine selection was also excellent. The service by Zanell was amazing and very attentive.
The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was fantastic, as you would expect from a Marriott location.
They offer a shuttle, which runs all the time. We found it best to call the hotel and request a pick-up, as we heard others were passed by if they had not called.
Our only complaint would be the price - it seemed steep for an airport location - nearly double what we had paid at the Marriott at the Houston airport.
