Surprised with the quality of the hotel and the extra surprises re technology and pods etc.
Pool area also looked great unfortunately had no time to use it.
Obviously location is great.
Will for sure stay again when back in Brisbane next time.

comfy beds are ok Guests are allowed four free items from the mini bar each night of their stay breakfast was nice it is a continental breakfast buffet if you pay extra you can have bacon and eggs close to southbank. the check in time is three o'clock

Funky little hotel on the mall. Everything is android driven ... the TV, air con, lights.
Our room was actually not clean (rubbish still in bin, wet wash cloths etc) so they moved us straight away. Even though they were at full capacity that night.
Free items in mini bar a nice touch.
Cute cushion on bed.
Our room overlooked pool and mall.
Very modern with bathroom open to bedroom if so inclined.
Car parking is expensive ($50 for the night) but there are other parking stations close by. (King George Square is $5 per night on weekend!)
Didn’t use restaurants but looked good.
There is a transit lounge with sleep pods which is pretty cool for the ‘in transit’ travelers

Good gym. Beautiful pool. Excellent location. Super tech friendly! Loved that I didin't need to speak to any person either during the check-in, nor during the check-out. Another awesome feature are the 4 free items from the mini bar!

I have stayed at this hotel many times - both prior to and after the takeover and refurbishment. I love this hotel. The location is incredibly convenient - directly across from Myer in the Queen Street mall, very clean with a nice, relaxed ambience and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. Guests are allowed four free items from the mini bar each night of their stay - a lovely little bonus to add to the enjoyment of your stay, as well as the free wifi and free in-room movies - who doesn't love 'free'! I wouldn't stay anywhere else, in fact I already have my next stay booked in February.
