Hotel was pleasant. Double room was small, paid Euro 102 per night on Saturday and Sunday. Bad design bath tube closure, water spread all over on floor. It was far away from town in residential area, street was dark at night, Took taxi in/out, not too close to Metro. Nothing around hotel. Breakfast choices were limited and minimal. If you don't mind all above description, it is fine to stay here.

The hotel is at the periphery of the old city which can be reached by foot in 15 minutes. A bus stop is located in front of the hotel and the metro is 10 minutes away. The hotel is modern and very clean. The sizes of the room and the bathroom are absolutely sufficient. My bed was rather hard. Although there is quite some traffic on the street it is silent inside the room. The only weak points are the breakfast room (which is much to small),, the coffee (which is truly disgusting) and the choice of the dishes served (which is very limited). From the entire setting and the location of the hotel I would not recommend it for couples with small children.

I staid there only one night. Hotel has modern look. It is very clean. Toilet is quite big and looks nice.
Stuff are friendly and helpful. Location is just ok.
Weak point - small room, but for 1-2 nights dosen't matter.
Breakfast could be better. Instant coffee really ugly. There was enough type of food however stuff did't full fill when it was finished and had some problem to clean quick enough when room was crowded with people.

Perfect, cosy and friendly hotel, just a few minutes from city centre and in a walking distance from underground. Beautiful and modern rooms, always clean and all facilities available. Delicous breakfasts and very helpful staff.

Neya Lisboa is a modern hotel very clean and very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast is adequate. Fernando, who is the barman is very friendly and offer lots of advice on drinks and tourist information.The hotel is close to 3 metro station Saldana which is on the red line and gives a direct link from the airport, 9 or 10 stops, exit on Av Casal Ribeiro, head left after Evolution Hotel to round about then onto Rua de Estefania which is 2nd right at roundabout.The other metro station I used was Anjos on the green line, it took me into the centre. I got a little confused going back to the hotel at night as 2 of the exits are closed at night and I lost my way a little. Got there in the end but worth remembering what exit you use. 10 minute walk to both stations both on a hill. Anjos is a steeper climb back to the hotel. Saldana is down hill to hotel. Over good value hotel.
