My wife and I attended a wedding in Dalat and we have chosen to stay at the Ngoc LAN Hotel. Staff was great and very helpful to assist as a friend which was also staying at the hotel lost his wallet. They even found the taxi driver which has driven us that day. Sadly it was not lost in the cab. However the team of the hotel did their utmost!! Rooms spotless and like evening downturn service which is provided daily. The front office team was friendly and efficient. Yes the English was not perfect but the as I do not speak Vietnamese it just takes a few seconds longer to get what you require. Overall thank you very much for making our stay in Dalat a memorable one.

A couple night here was with its location as we can walk to Dalat market and night market.
very warm welcome with a cup of tea. We landed late at Lien Khuong aiport then transfer to the hotel around 10PM. set dinner was good and quick check in.
We totally enjoyed the stay and only one reason Not to get 5 star rate as when we checked out and the key card we gave back to one receptionist and finally they kept asking for the key... want to charged VND120.000... never make any sense as you can issue a new card and we had no reason to keep it
Think about it.
Anyway, we had a good time. Thank you

After 19 hour bus journey from Hoi An received warm welcome from staff. Very Central location walked from bus stop. Easily spotted on skyline. Large room tastefully decorated. Slept brilliantly first night. Second night being a Saturday street nose quite loud as location in middle of be market. Problem appeared to be one of aluminum windows slightly off frame allowing noise to penetrate. Staff great, breakfast great, special thanks to doorman for umbrella service.

We had a wonderful stay here in October. The hotel is super-well located, a short walk to the city center, shopping, and great restaurants, coffee shops. The room was so beautiful, with a comfortable bed, nice shower, and a great view of the Xuan Huong lake across the street. Everyone on the staff was very helpful. Will definitely return.

I had stayed here 1 night for my business trip on early Oct . The most recommended point i want to give for this hotel is the strategic location in the heart of Dalat or named as romantic city of Vietnam . Secondly , the hotel management had well trained the staff, i could said from the security until waiter they serving the guest with full heart because they keep smile and greeting me from time to time i had chance to meet them.
