NH Hotel is a great alternative for business trips to coatzacoalcos. It is located within walking distance to several department stores and the Universidad Veracruzana. The inside of the hotel is very clenaand the staff is helpful and nice.
The beds and rooms are good for the price, and the breakfast choices are tasty. Coffee is very good, which is not something you frequently get at hotel chains.
I didn´t have any towels on my bathroom, but when I called the front desk they took less than 5 minutes to bring them.
Room service is aso good, and quick. It was an overall positive experience.

The hotel is clean, the bed was excellent, the staff is very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant is also very good. I stayed at this hotel for a month-long trip to Coatzacoalcos, and it was a very good experience. Will definitely stay there again next time I'm in town. Also, the hotel is in a very good location, easy to get into an out of, and is quiet.

Clean hotel, good room, free wifi and best location (close to Wallmart, Soriana, Cine, Mega, etc.).
Breakfast starts eatly and is simply, but good.
Air conditioning is noisy and food is not best ever. Liked the tacos, salmon and hamburger. Not much the pasta.

On the outside, the paint is peeling off of the hotel. It looks dingy, and I wasn't sure if I would enjoy my stay. However, once inside, my room was quite clean and comfortable. My air conditioning unit was capable and not any louder than a normal A/C unit. The staff were friendly. I only have two complaints. The first is that the gym is around the block and is a separate entity. I couldn't find the motivation to get dressed and walk there after dinner. My other complaint is that my door locked me out on three separate occasions. Finally after the third time, the maintenance staff replaced the battery in the key scanner. Another word of advice: The website says that some of the rooms on the 3rd and 4th floors have "sea views". I was on the 3rd floor, and my "sea view" was through buildings... It wasn't anything to write home about.

Good location
Good service but rooms need an upgrade, mainly bathrooms.
Breakfast is OK and waiters are very helpful
Don't expect an NH style, despite the name.
Food options could be better, but there are nice options within a 5-10 minutes drive
