Pink palace in a perfect location
alexis1403on 15/11/2017 21:08I stayed at the NH Collection Genova Marina in October and it was fantastic! The room had a balcony overlooking the marina which was beautiful and was roomy with a good bathroom. The staff on checking in were friendly and spoke excellent English which was helpful and the location of the hotel cannot be bettered. It is right on the marina close to the Aquarium and lots of bars and restaurants. The old part of the city is less than ten minutes on foot and the cost of the taxi is reasonable too (less than €20). On our departure day, we left our bags in a secure room so we could explore the city a little more and when we were ready to leave they arranged a taxi for us. I would stay here again without a doubt if I find myself in Genoa again :-)
Nice room & location but no air con
Tania Son 14/11/2017 16:03The room was nice, the shower powerful and the views over the marina really nice. What let this room down massively was the fact that the air con didn't work so the room was really hot and stuffy and if you opened your balcony door for some fresh air it was really noisy. The wifi was also patchy, which was a bit of a pain on a business trip!

hartmanzon 07/11/2017 18:32A relaxing weekend close to the acquarium, the marina, the city center in a luxury hotel with a wonderful breakfast! Big room with balcony on the sea and in front of the beautiful boats really cleaned with a large bathroom! To go back as soon as possible!
Nice and easy
mazzaxa2016on 07/11/2017 15:19It is the second time I chose to stay here as I really like the fact that you can sleep with your window open and it's really peaceful. The place has clean rooms, friendly staff. Average breakfast. And parking was good as well.
Great Hotel at the Marina
Onthebacknineon 23/10/2017 21:03We stayed in a junior suite and found it to be a very spacious, nicely appointed room with an attractive view. As previously noted, the hotel is in the port/marina area--a fairly bustling and scenic area and walking distance to a number of good restaurants. Very nice communal areas and while we did not experience the restaurant itself, the included breakfast buffet was excellent. All in all, a great value. As pointed out by others, there are a number of people in the area trying to sell various items to passers-by. We did not find anyone to be aggressive and did not feel unsafe at all in the area. I would be remiss if I didn't point out that the staff here is fantastic. Extremely personable and helpful. Thank you!
