Great location in the heart of old town Granada with all the modern conveniences, including on site parking. The front desk was extremely nice and the rooms were impressive. A shuttle to Alhambra is recommended but it is a short walk to the base of the palace (where there is an incredible, authentic spa with Turkish steam rooms.)

Stayed here for one night to visit the Alhambra. The hotel was kind enough to offer to set up for me to join a tour before my arrival. The hotel is well located and the room is comfortable and standard. Service was friendly. It was a brief stay but my stay was positive.

Location was right in the center of city with bars, restaurants shopping just steps away. Alhambra is 20mins walk or 10min bus ride (bus stop is 5 mins walk away). Rooms are clean, very new and modern. Great stay!

I chose this hotel after good reviews on TA and was not disappointed.
It’s in a really good location and central to everything, bars, restaurants, buses, taxis etc.
The room was a superior twin and the beds were very comfortable, with nice pillows and bedding, a good bath, plenty of hot water and big bath towels, toiletries, tissues, hairdryer, hairdryer, safe, stocked mini bar, kettle, coffee maker and a bottle of water daily. The staff were very pleasant and there was a comfortable lounge area if you needed to wait for pick up etc. It is a noisy area, but once the windows were closed overnight, we slept well and only disturbed by the church bells next door occasionally.
Would highly recommend. Approx 30 euros in a taxi from the airport, but only 25 going back! Never had breakfast as thought it was too expensive. I booked well in advance and paid £215 for 3 nights in November. Hotel was fully booked when we stayed with travellers from all over the world, so you’d need to book early. Highly recommended.

An excellent hotel in the center of town. Easy taxi ride to anywhere. After so much walking, driving and talking we decided to dine in the hotel, the NH Victoria, and were pleasantly surprised by the food, braised beef and cod filet. Service was superb.
