Absolutely beautiful
HelenS7on 01/11/2017 11:33This hotel is a hidden gem. The entrance gives way to a beautiful space. The decoration is smart with clean cut Lines that encompasses a modern comfortable look.
The reception area is busy but the atmosphere is calm and quiet. The reception staff are very helpful and skilled in their ability to Handel any situation that may befall them.
The public areas are spotless and you can see that care and attention is paid to every detail.
My room was on the first floor. It was very quiet and I was able to relax on the comfortable bed. No lumps and bumps here. The sheets were white and crease free. The room smelt fresh. This room was a dust free zone.The decor was of neutral tones with accents of colour.
There is plenty of space to accommodate your belongings. Tea and coffee are complimentary.
The bathroom was spacious and gleaming. The complimentary bath products were of a very high quality. The towels were white soft and there was plenty of them.
I had the breakfast,which was not overly priced. There was plenty of food to choose from. It would suit even the fussiest of eaters.
I would stay here again.
Great location and disabled freindly
feenixtdmon 18/10/2017 13:06The hotel was right outside the Royal Palace Aranjuez. Excellent decor and ground floor rooms available with wonderful wet room bathroom. Very comfortable. But no restruant, however terrific room service menuand mini bar. Also wide variety of teas and coffees and mineral water provided. Expresso machine in room. Staff friendly and helpful.
The location was just outside the Royal palace and close to restraunts and the tourist train stop.
Breakfast was served in the Hotel with wide variety of food and cooked eggs available on request. Excellent
Beautiful hotel - amazing staff
ShaneMcGuinnyon 16/10/2017 23:57We arrived late with a two year old after a journey of traffic jams cumulating in someone running into the back of us 2 minutes from the hotel door. We were welcomed with smiles and we asked if there was any possibility of something to eat. We were directed to Giovanni who was just closing up the cafeteria. You couldn't possibly ask for a more friendly kindly person. He went out of his way to provide us with a delicious platter of jamon & cheese, a sandwich and a caesar salad. Dropped it up to the room with a smile and made us feel really at home. Can't praise him enough. Bed super comfy, kettle and nespresso machine in the room a wonderful touch, breakfast delicious and all the staff very helpful and friendly. We'll be back.

jollygillyon 12/10/2017 18:17Perfect hotel in the centre of Aranjuez overlooking the palace. Good size rooms and bathroom. Toiletries supplied. Tv in room. Wi-Fi free. Parking available at a charge of 16 euros ..... but if you upgrade to a better room parking is free. Excellent choice at breakfast. 2 minute walk from palace and park. Lots of local bars nearby. Restaurant serves good quality food and wine and a good price. Staff are very friendly. I would deinatley stay here again

The greeting was PERFECT! Thanks Emilio 😊. The garage location PERFECT! The jr. suite upgrade...room 216, corner room actually an APARTMENT...PERFECT! Perfect view right direct in front of the castle. All amenities...PERFECT! Two bathrooms too! And with modern showers. Everything SUPER CLEAN!
Room service PERFECT! We decided to eat in the room because the after eight pm dinner time in Spain was nerving and so we ordered the room service which had a limited menu. The spaghetti bolognese but was deliciously made 'a la spanish' ☺. And we had a fantastic livingroom area with a long coffee table and tv. What more comfort after the long tour and not having to go out and find a restaurant which serves around the clock.
PERFECT!!!! ⛥⛥⛥⛥⛥⛦ (our experience).
