Very clean, excellent service, very comfortable bedrooms. The breakfast room, on the top-floor, offers an excellent view of the town. Mind you, there’s a casino inside the hotel,
but I have never been bothered (and this is my second visit) by noise. Definitely a place you want to recommend to friends and family.

We have been touring northern Spain and Portugal for over three weeks and our stop at this hotel was our last one on our way home. We felt a bit weary and jaded after all the driving but we could not have picked a better hotel to spend our last night. On arrival we were met by very friendly and helpful staff. Our car went into their underground car park which had plenty of space. Our room was lovely with a very large and comfortable bed with a large bathroom. Everywhere was clean and it was just perfect to relax.
We ate in the hotel restaurant and the meal was superb. The best meal we have had on the holiday and breakfast was also very good.
All the décor throughout the hotel is good and although it houses a large casino the bedrooms are well away from that section of the hotel. Without doubt, if ever we were in that area again we would definitely use this hotel again. Would highly recommend it.

As a NH hotels card holder I frankly say this is one of the best hotels of the chain (along with the one in Vienne) The reception staff very helpful and friendly. As I enter I felt the nice atmosphere. Located at the entrance of the beautiful city of Badajoz, (worth to visit) just cross the bridge.
The room was large, spacious, I felt in a suite, good mirrors, good light. Spotless, both the room and the huge bathroom.
Coffee machine and all you need to relax in the room
Excellent wifi.
Good parking under the hotel.
Excellent breakfast, all you can imagine is served, besides this, from the huge Windows we enjoy the sunrise.
I highly recommend it

This hotel has great rooms and multilingual reception staff.
They were very helpful at all times
Dinner in restaurant was fantastic - the tuna carpaccio was best ever, breakfast was also very good indeed.
Rooms were absolutely lovely - we had the deluxe room
If you get given a free drinks voucher for the casino be aware you need to change it at the casino reception not the hotel reception and be aware it is only for a free beer or soft drink. Frankly I would rather have not been offered it.
You do have to pay for the garage parking although you park outside for free but you might not want to do this if your car is not empty

This is exactly what I expect from any hotel when I'm on business trip. Very large room, almost a suit. A lot of light. Good air condition. Strong wifi. Excellent restaurant. Amazing breakfast. Very friendly staff. And all this for 90€.
Therefore this is my best choice and I will always return to this hotel.
